I think the independent study worked really well. It's very interesting to see how many people simply complain or flame, and don't actually address the problem. What's the point of complaining if you don't mention it, nicely, to the person.

What's the point of complaining if you don't mention it, nicely, to the person. it's still annoying that people "fake" "txt tlk" to prove a point. It just adds to the "txt tlk" annoying-ness.
