"My Lord! Lycans!" Mark exclaimed and slammed on the brakes.

"Everybody! Out!" Mark and the other in the car listened quickly as Eclipse glanced at Calynn "Be careful.." as soon as she leaves the car, he quickly follows after her, drawing both his katana and his HK23 .45 caliber.


Eclipse kept an eye on Calynn still, he didn't want any harm to come to her. However, he was still resented for his stand on humans and he knew if Viktor knew, he'd be put to death.

He blinked as his eyes adjusted, a female figure standing over a dead lycan. Eclipse walked towards her, still keeping Calynn in view.

"Did you do this..?" Eclipse inguired, he glanced off in the direction of the growls and muffled howls. " s**t..!.." he thought to himself, flicking off both safeties to his pistol.

"Stay on your toes, Dealers.." He commanded softly.
He glanced at the figure again. "...Succubus..?.."The prince question, still keeping an eye and ear out for more Lycans.

Lillith couldn't find the words.. she looked around at those staring at her now. her head started to hurt again, and whatever seemed to be fighting withing her to come out, made her smile a bit. She smirked at the comment made... then repeated the word..

"Succubus.... Hmm..."

Her eyes stared up at Mork, then came the were Lycans. Lillith slipped back into the shadows, staying in her sanctuary.. she moved along the wall and knlt up on the dumpster. Those Violet eyes scanning around, and taking not to the werewolf pack. Mork called to her..

"Leave them be, and do what you're suppose to!"

Lillith stood, her cloak touching the green hood of the dumpster, she smiled once more, then got ready to leap. And in the few moments.. she did. Leaping up and over the crowd, Lillith landed softly, making her move then. bringing out both daggers, as one Lycan charged to her, she sliced through it, rolling off to the side with her cloak ripped in two spots. She fixed her eyes on the others, waiting to see there move through.

Hearing soft footsteps coming from her left, Calynn quickly raised her bow once again, aiming quickly, and shooting, hitting the lycan square in the chest, leaning down and snatching another bow, seeing groups of lycans coming at them now.

"This way! Over there!"

Calynn motioned to where some of the lycans were coming from, their pace faster now as the ran. Lifting her bow, she shot again, hitting another in the shoulder, grabbing another arrow, and shooting the same wounded one again, in the neck.

Because she was square in the fight, she needed real weapons, and quickly threw down her bow, snatching each swortsword from its holster. She quickly ran at the lycans, slashing and punching with all that she had inside her, adrenaline pumping through her veins.

Lillith mearly watched now, she wasn't sure if she wanted to get in the way of the group. Her eyes set on another Lycan, and she stood this time with confidance. Mork made his way over to her, being sure to not stand in the way.

"Well? what you waiting for?"

"Who are they?...

"Never mind that! get in there!"

"Why? they have it covered right?"

"No.. well yes.. but, oh don't argue with me Lady Lillith, just go."

She sighed, not getting any answers as usual, But something was coming out.. something she knew was coming.. and then, without really relising it, her eyes turned that color.. red.. the impulse was there.. Lillith smirked as two of the lycan kind launched at her. A sudden moment of bliss, and the extention of wings. Those larg bat like wings arose from her, under that cloak from which she hid. The daggers in her hands planted securely in the very heart of each of the two Lycans. She only laughed lightly to herself. Standing again, her wings folded behind her.

"Well now... that was fun."

Eclipse seeing Calynn in a precarious situation with a lycan moving in, he runs a lycan through the heart with his katana, holstering his pistol, catching the lycan by the thraot, lifting it off the ground. The Lycan snarling and growling in his grasp, Eclipse growls and hisses threateningly and he crushes down on it's throat so fiercely, the bones in it's neck snap and it falls limp and he just drops it to the side, offering a hand to help Calynn up. He glanced around, all the lycans dead on the street and all the dealers injured at the worst.

"I guess that's it.." Eclipse added and then glanced at the Succubus. "I didn't get your name.....I'm Eclipse Knight..that's Mark" he pointed to Mark then to Calynn. "And this is Calynn Pryde.." He added as he went on introducing the rest of the dealers.

He then turned to Calynn, he looked her over for injuries then up at her eyes. "Are you okay, Calynn..?" She could tell he was worried about her, in which he was. She was his friend and deep down, he knew he was only half vampire and half human, only he, Calynn and Viktor knew this. Mark was still awe struck, he had only seen Viktor kill a Lycan in such a manner..with his bare hands. The few scratches he'd gained were already healing very slowly, he quickly glanced at Mark. "What are you looking at..?.." Mark just blinked and shook his head as the prince helped Calynn into the car.

"Atleast we're all going home, Eclipse" Mark added, Eclipse nodded in agreement as the rest of the Dealers climbed into the car, he purposely left Calynn's door open as he eyed the succubus.

Eclipse sighed and shrugged, climbing into the car, closing the door.

"Mark..back to the coven house..."Eclipse ordered, rubbing the bridge of his nose silently, gently caressing Calynn's hair lightly, still very much worried about her.

"I told you she could hold her own.." Eclipse interjected softly as sighed softly, the drive back, once again silent. They drove through the gate and into the vast garage, Eclipse was the first one out, carrying Calynn, smelling the blood from her wounds, resisting the urge all together to feed, he carries her to her room, gently bandages her and places her in her bed, leaving her room, closing the door behind him. He walked down into the main hall running smack into Mark again.

"I think you're too soft to be a Death Dealer.....with all due respect, Eclipse" Mark added, only to have Eclipse stop and give a glare. "I see her as one of us...so as long as she can survive out there on her own..my orders still stand.." Eclipse growled and Mark backed off, as Eclipse walked past and down to the armory, dropping off his weapons and empty magazines, then heading back up to his room, flopping down in his desk, sighing heavily.

Although Calynn had managed to get a wound here and there, they looked worse than they actually were. She had closed her eyes, back in the car, when he stroked her hair, feeling a sort of safeness with him. She knew his secret, which was something she also knew was important to him, that she keep secret herself.

Now on her bed, a bandage along her cut arm, and stomach, she looked up at the cieling. He had stood up for her, without her even asking, and he was kinder to her than anyone had ever been.

Sighing, she rolled onto her side, unclipping her belt and allowing the blades to simply drop to the floor. Even though she had just been in a battle, a somewhat heated one, she was still not tired. Insomnia. She hated it, very much so, but it haunted her. Something about being around vampires so much.

Sitting up in bed now, she looked out of her window and to the sky, opening the window, and letting in the cool night breeze. She closed her eyes, letting the wind play over her hair, and her face. It relaxed her.

Eclipse sighed and wrote a report of tonight's hunt, as required by Viktor to be delievered before dawn to the Raven coven house, which was the house of the elders.

Though, Eclipse had left out the aspects of Calynn and the Succubus helping, neither Viktor would look kindly upon. Whilst looking over copies of past reports, he realized why Viktor calls on him so much, everyone had come back from a Death Dealer hunt. There's a knock at his door.

~knock! knock!~~

"It's open." The prince said and Gerauld peeked through the door.

"Sire? It's nearly dawn..anything you'd like me to do before turning in?"The fledgling inguired. Eclipse thought a moment then glanced up at him.

"Can you quickly locate our new guest and her companion and see to it that she is comfortable..?"

"And what of Lady Calynn?"

"She'll be fine, she does already have our sleeping habits.." His thoughts returned to her a moment, he saw her as his only human family he had.
His mind wandered back to the day he found her, he remembered every aspect of it but..what is time to the immortal undead?

Gerauld's calling snapped him back around

"Sire..?"

"I'll alright, Gerauld.."

"Very well, my prince..Is that all you ask?"

"That'll be all, Gerauld..Thank you" He smiled softly "and you can call me, Eclipse, old friend" Gerauld smiled and chuckled. Eclipse could be very informal when he was in a good mood, he finished the report and sat silently, turning his chair to look out the window. He reached over and turned off his desk lamp. He then stood up, removed his duster, hanging on a coat hook, he walked over and closed the curtains and drapes then dressed down, climbing into bed and quickly fell asleep for soon...sunrise.
