What worked for me:
cast slow ASAP
Cast barrier and haste on your party.
DO NOT use any poison or Gravity spells.
Other than that, wail away with summons and you'll beat it in no time. But make sure you have lots of healing spells/items on hand, cuz I bet you'll need them.

Go back to the Ancient and buy lots of Phoenix downs and Potions then, you're gunna need em

ther should be another one in the big maze like room that sells stuff as well as resting and saveing.
also did you pick up ribbon? cause that is a life saver later on . ( its in one of the numbered rooms in the big clock room cant remeber which thoe)

well i just randomized the matiria around to were it was the storngest and defeeted it on my second try of course i don't think everyone can do that but just try too arange your matiria to the right charitor for you... it might take a couple of times too get it right ......

it may be hard but you can get thorugh it just use all your best spells and atttacks at the time and also heal alot and i mean alot demon wall has time so he can stop you from attacking for a time tip if you sell phenxio downs get life lol

use haste or choco/mog tjen use bahanut, odin, Ramuh, and ifrit
use a cure-all combo too
