I agree. >_< I mean, Cloud's cool and all, but we always see him. That's why I was happy when he was all comatose from the lifestream. Sure, you lose Tifa at about the same time, too, but that's negligible. :p Hm. I like Cid, Vincent and Yuffie. DA
His Physical and Magical Strength are both really highDon't get me wrong, I like him too, but I really wanted to try playing without him for a while, for variety's sake. I got that chance, finally, so I was happy. smile DA

Everyone got really close to my team, but didnt actually say it! oh well... i use Cloud(of course), Vincent(My Favorite Character), and Red(My 2nd Favorite character). good variety and everyone else (cept Tifa) sucks(on my team, not overall)

My favorite would be Cloud, Cid and Yuffie and that 2 parts where you don't play cloud then it would be Cid, Yuffie and Barret
The first team... Why?
Cloud. Good attacker and good stats
Cid.. Second best character in the game.. Good Limits and semi good stats
Yuffie. Not as good fighter but good using Independant materia (yellow) and morph isn't too shabby either

The best group I've found in the five or six times I've beat the game...Cloud, Nanaki, and Barrett. Between the three of them, you've got an excellent attacking group, and with the right Materia, they can all heal well too! Definitely a good grouping.

my favorite team was Cloud, Tifa and Vincent... that was the coolest people i thought in the game... and the only reason i didnt choose Yuffie or Cait Sith was because they traded on you... bastards =)

When I play, I go ALLOUT power.
Cloud, Cid, Vincent
I can load vincent with materia so he will be my mage,
then when i use his Limit Beak: Chaos he is unstoppable

Cloud (of course), Yuffie (doom of the living!), and Vincent ( get to low life, use Chaos) The peacemaker is awesome, kill more enemies, do more damage!

Cloud (obviously rolleyes ): Main attacker
Vincent: Secondary attacker+some attack magic
Tifa: Magic user/ Healer
