It all comes down to speed and distance. If the fight is in a small area to begin with, Rock Lee. If it's in a wide, open area, Naruto. And here's why;
Small area, Rock Lee: If Lee can get in close quick enough, and send Naruto flying, he could open up all the gates he knows while juggling Naruto and finishing him off like he did to Gara...almost.
Large Area, Naruto: As long as Naruto has space, and hopefully obstacles, he could use his summon, and shadow clones, to end the match quickly.
In the end, it all dependes on the terran.

It all depends. Rasengan requires a little time to mold, and I doubt Lee would give him the time.
Unless Naruto uses Kyuubi's chakra then he may be screwd.
It all depends on how you want the fight to be.

Rock Lee would kill Naruto faster that the Kyuubi could help him, and even with Kage Bunshin Rock Lee is fast enough to destroy em all before Naruto can even start to think (not like he ever does anyway).
and rasengan i Narutard's slowest attack, Naruto may have an upper hand on anyone without Lee's Uberspeed, but against the Beautiful Green Beast he crumples.
that and drunk Lee would kill him twice as easily cuz Naruto wouldn't be able to touch him. mrgreen

Biggest reason of all is..:
Naruto is the main charater so he would have to win
The author would never let Lee win unless Lee was the
main charater....
Maybe in my world he is
But not here....

Kitsune_Moon230 It just depends.....Naruto wins most of his battles because he uses the 9-tailed fox. Rock Lee could beat Naruto with ease if Naruto would fight without the fox. He's quicker, stronger, and i believe more determined than Naruto. yes i agree.plus the resengan can be blocked easily.lets not forget WEIGHTS AND GATES.with that power he cant be caught

alot of forums have who would win
sasuke vs naruto
people say naruto but he lost the first time
if you take the kyuubi*sp* out of naruto
and the curse seal off sasuke
SASUKE would still win

Merc Pip Bernadotte Naruto would probably beat our loved Lee-san because of Kyuubi(sp?). Without the fox Lee would easily defeat Naruto. i second this comment.it would be close but naruto has the demon fox and lee doesn't so if it was a serious match naruto would win

I really believe that it would end up being a tie. We know that Naruto have great skills and justsus, but he's not that disciplined like Lee. In the other case, Lee doesn't know how to mold chakra, it will be a great battle to see. Both are very passionate in fights and have great resistance Rasengan, Frog Summoning,Kyubi. vs. Five Gates, Lotus, Drunken fist

He just sticks with his forte in Taijitsu.

Plus no offense cause Naruoto is great but the creator is just a DBZ fan. Compare Naruto with Goku. Yellow hair and orange and blue suit. That has nothing to do with the fight but Rock Lee is too awesome to lose, Nine Tailed Fox vs the 8 gates, that decides mrgreen
