well in the manga sasuke says the fox was the only thing more powerful then him so i guess Narutos better xD

Well the thing is. Sasuke could have easily killed Naruto during their battle in the valley of the end. But thankfully Sasuke's heart kept him from killing Naruto. But you see now I think things are different. Naruto only used the first tail of demonic chakra when he fought in the valley of the end. In the future Sasuke's curse is pretty much gone because Itachi stopped the curse himself. He didnt want his brother to die. I know that sounds odd but its true. And now Naruto has the fifth tail. Even though it tears off his skin and shows fur underneith making him seem like a mini Kyuubi. So I dunno. Sasuke becomes so strong he actually dispursed the Kyuubi and kept it from coming out later on in the series but I dont know if he could reverse Naruto's transformation if he was in the fifth form.

I'd say Sasuke because you know. In episode 130 or something, he did. And Sasuke lacks emotion and would kill Naruto. Naruto actually has a heart and would back out on killing Sasuke because he's Sasuke. ^_^
