Holy hell mad
I watched some of those videos and I felt like tearing down the house afterwards.
I wanted to go into some of theose parking lot of the womens centers and cheer on the women
or when the protestors yell "you need jesus!"
I would yell something like "YOU NEED TO STFU"
Or tell them jesus is made up and they're wasting everyones times etc.
maybe have someone wheel me in a casket have the casket open I get out, and tell the people how I took my life because my church, family, community etc. were ashamed of my unplanned teeange pregnancy and how they all tortured me so I finally killed myself. some kind of drama like that.
just something just to piss them off razz

Pandora Box I was looking through the "Explore more videos" sidebar and found this video. It's someone asking people at an anti-abortion demonstration what should happen to women who get abortions illegally. No one has an anwer. That's so lame awful. gonk

I'd love to get into a debate with him. confused More on topic... I hope I've got Wednesday off so I can watch it. biggrin Like some people before me said, I'd also like to see one of those protesters raising a bunch of kids on a limited income.

The episode was so great! It riled me up!
They mentioned a girl (I forget her name) who, because of parent notification laws, got a back-alley abortion. She died from an infection because the tools used where dirty, and her parents were heartbroken. Her mother called the notofication laws "murder laws."
The woman got along great with everyone, especially the women and children. She refused to help spread the pro-life lies and had to help out at a pregnancy crisis center, putting together pamphlets with pictures showing those graphic pictures, and they listed the risks of abortion, and a tiny bit of the risks of pregnancy.
She was forced to watch a propoganda video, which mentioned that plenty of women die from abortion, but didn't mention the mortality rate of pregnancy.
They showed pro-life protestors in front of Grauman's CHinese Theater, one poster was comparing the HOLOCAUST to the abortion. The woman also visited a pro-life youth group, where the speaker guy mention how anyone born after '73 were survivors of the American holocaust and mentioned how some million plus people are missing from out generation (like I care for I never knew about them).
I'm sure it'll be up on YouTube soon enough, and on DVD later.

On the plus side, I loved that in the second one, how the the girls walked in together hand in hand. I hated how they were acting like babies. If I went to help my girlfriend get an abortion and the people werel ike that, and there was a movie being made, I'd tell her to keep going, turn and then just tell those people to shut up, because they're using illogical emotional yanking to make a hard decision harder. I wonder what would happen if we held a pro-choice benefit concert, where if you buy a ticket the cost goes to Planned Parenthood et al.

I got really broken up about that, it nearly made me cry. No parent should have had to go through that, especially since it could've been preventable if it wasn't for that stupid law.

GOOD. I'm sorry, but we really can't support that many people. We can't give everyone a decent life as it is. What kind of "life" are they protecting? 2. I see that as a positive thing. I'm not a holocaust survivor*, I'm a wanted, loved child. My mother had me because she wanted to care for me even though I was an accident. She GAVE me my life, and she wasn't FORCED to. *Don't EVEN compare legalized abortion to the holocaust. Those people could think and feel, and weren't using anyone else's body without permission.

I think it was well done, I missed the beginning. The pro-choice person was well spoken, intellegent and compassionate. She said one thing I really agree with, that pro-choice people don't want more abortions, they want pregnancies prevented.
The first 30 Days ever shown examine how difficult it was to live on minimum wage in America. It was Spurlock and his girlfriend. They had trouble doing it with just themselves, let alone with kids.
