ok to start with you should not really play with your piercings because even after it is fully healed there is a possibility it could migrate (ie move possition) and with something such as libret piercing it could look funny if it is not central or in the place it was meant to be in.
with a piercing such as a tongue piercing, where as they say no oral sex for amount of time (depending on what your piercer tells you) that is not just for the healing proces but to pervent std's/sti's however a tongue piercing my never fully heal so bare that in mind if getting it done you are at greater risk.
