Omg have y'all seen this new battle mode for Guitar Hero 3??? It's crazy. They have different power ups that will mess with the other persons notes. Switching you from lefty to righty, flashing the notes to make you miss more. Its hard to tell what else is really going on. So many people will get mad when they play eachother. Battle Mode
IGN announced the game would feature a new multiplayer game mode called Battle Mode.[17] The mode puts a twist on the traditional Pro Face-off mode introduced in Guitar Hero II. Two players will face each other, trying to complete a song while successfully playing Star Power sequences to earn power-ups that can be used against their opponents. Players will be able to store 3 power-ups at a time and can activate them by tilting their guitars upward. If neither player fails the song, they will face each other in a sudden death segment. The power-ups will include:
* Broken string: One button on the opponent's guitar will not work until it is fixed (by rapidly tapping the button).
* Difficulty up: The opponent will play the song on an increased difficulty for a short duration of time (except for expert difficulty).
* Amp overload: The fret board will shake and appear blurry, making the scrolling notes difficult to read.
* Whammy bar: The opponent will have to use the whammy bar before he/she can play notes again.
* Steal power: This will steal your opponent's power-up.
* Double notes: The opponent will have to play twice as many notes for a short duration of time.
* Lefty flip: The fret board will be mirrored, requiring the player to switch their handedness on the guitar.

Guitar Hero III If you go to that site, you'll see all the new features they are making for this game and all the songs that have been released so far. I want this one more than the 80's game. Hope that helps.

I didn't know where else to put this. My grandfather is really sick and I'll be living at his house and helping him until he gets better. There is no internet where I am going. It might be 3 weeks, or a couple months, or it could be way less than that. I really don't know when I'll be able to be back on. Please don't kick me from guild. I'll be back as soon as possible.
