Oh I'm jealous! smile My mom is a capricorn, the cleaning orderly kind, definitely not mellow.. (At least she's open minded, typical Finn, all liberal.) My grandparents grew up during the war with Russia, so their personalities are focused a lot on practicalities and working.. I'm so hoping we'll have a new relaxed generation soon! Looks like every generation is growing up more and more aware of the environment..

I've loved reading this topic, hope to hear more.. smile

I've known many older hippies and bohemian types.
Some keep the same nomadic lifestyle, others try to settle down.
It's a crazy world.

heart wow! i never knew so many people had hippie relations, this is far out!

some people at my school think they are hippies but when i get to know them they're either for george bush or they have guns or go hunting... its so hard to meet people who share your interest...

i have a bunch of friends but with some of them i argue, not a ton but i hate it when we do.

but i have many hippie friends thankfully! my grandma and her buddies stop by every now and then, my friends and her friends are here for thanksgiving actually!! we don't eat any meat though, mainly vegetables and rice, its like our own lil thanksgiving tradition

and since my parents are eating thankgiving at their friends we're gonna bake "special brownies" for dessert heart

Yeah I know how that is Snow, I just have alot of peace loving friends, I wouldn't call them or myself a hippie because we all are clean freaks.

Heck, at school we open doors with tissue paper or we will have plastic gloves on the whole day. blaugh

heart WHOA! really?!? heheh i guess that means you've never walked barefoot outside... or eaten starburst you found crunched between the van's seat's for god only knows how long it been down there?!?!?!?(just to let you know, it was still in the wrapper)

but i don't blame you for being all cleaniness. i mean i hate it when i get sick...

you start hruling your guts everywhere and it's jus a real bummer man... heart
