Shifting on her feet, Lenne nodded. She felt strangely restricted; as if her link with her summons had been entirely cut off, and--
A thousand years ago.
Lenne froze. Did it mean that...!!
But he said that he didn't know who Shuyin was. Right? But a thousand years ago...Shuyin was the star blitzball player, how could Tidus not know?
She decided to keep her questions to herself, for the moment as she helped him up, a little awkwardly. Glancing around, Lenne finally spoke. "Yes...it's...strange. I can't feel my summons anymore..." The faster they got out of here, the better, right? She hated being so defenseless.

Underworld - Main Cavern
The ride was nice enough. Roxas was sure glad that, from being part of Sora, he was able to fly a Gummi Ship. Demyx and Namine didn’t know how and… he didn’t exactly trust Yuffie behind the wheel. No offense to her or anything, he just didn’t.
In response to Demyx’s call, Roxas turned the ship off and rushed out with him, motioning for Namine and Yuffie to follow. The Underworld… It’s been awhile. Well, technically speaking. This was the first time that he, Roxas, had been here but he was familiar enough with the area because of Sora. The gloomy, dark, area of the Underworld.
The blond rushed up to Demyx who was staring blankly. Roxas pulled on the musician’s sleeve in order to get his attention. “Hey Demyx, are you okay?”

Why did we have to come here.....This place is so gloomy...
Yuffie trudged off the gummi ship and onto the rocky ground. She took in the dark and foreboding cavern, involuntarily shivering when she saw the spirits of the dead float by in the deadly lake in front of her. Worse yet, she had the horrible feeling that her strength was slowly being zapped or, more truthfully, that she was being held by increasingly heavy chains. In the distance she could see the Underdrome, a macabe fighting arena whose tournaments she had participated in along with some of her Radiant Garden friends.
As her eyes adjusted to the light, she noticed Demyx standing not too far from her staring in the distance. What's his deal? Didn't he WANT to come here? Moving closer, but not too close so he wouldn't get scared off, she tried to figure out what was bothering him. Is he thinking about something....What's he looking at.....Damn, his eyes are beautiful...WAIT, where the hell did that come from?? I must be losing my mind....
Gingerly, she placed a hand on his shoulder and forced a small smile, which was getting easier to do now. "Hey, what's up? Worried about something?"

Walking down the stairs that connect the Underworld with the living world
There they were. The misfits that Zeus talked about. A young teen boy with shaggy blond hair and oddly bright spirit, and older teen who looked about ready to fall if he was jumped in just the right (or wrong) way, a girl with black hair and a bit of a sad face, and a young girl with a short dress and blond hair.
How odd.
Shifting his sword a bit over his shoulder, the man walked down the stairs after gaining his body from entering into the world of the living. Each step he took now was solid, and the power emitted from his new body blew dust away from each step. A scarred eye blindly turned towards the group as he approached. He stood just a bit away before simply stating his mind in a gruff, commanding voice.
"What are you doing here?"

"What are you doing here?"
That voice...Tidus looked over towards its source to see Auron, and he nearly tackled the man to the floor. Instead, he ran forward over to him, nearly running right into him and grinning widely as he placed his hands on the man's shoulders. "Auron!? Auron is that really you! I thought you were unsent!" He laughed with joy. This was just too good!
"Oh, Auron! You missed so much! Wakka and I were on an island! We were playing blitz all the time with Sora! Maybe now the Besaid Aurochs will take the cup this time when we get back to Spira!" Tidus jumped up with excitement. Yeah. They've been practicing for a long time. Honing their throwing and passing skills until they dropped. Maybe this time they could beat the Guado Glories!
"Man...It would never be like the Zanarkand Abes though!" He thought aloud. Now he was rambling, and he knew it. Shifting back to Lenne, then back to Auron. "Oh! Right! Introductions!! Heh...Lenne, this is Auron. Auron, this is Lenne." He introduced them, with a bit of added hand movements. "Auron was my alternate parent, and guardian to Yuna, Lenne." The blond smiled. "Hey, if you'd like, i'll help you find Shuyin."
He still wondered who Shuyin was. And what he looked like for that matter. "Oh, and um...what DOES Shuyin look like? Kinda hard to find him if we don't know how or where to look." ((I think Tidus is on an all time sugar high XDD))

A little surprised by Tidus' spirited welcome to the strange, grizzled man in red, Lenne hung back slightly, a little intimidated by the fierce-looking warrior.
An...unsent? Lenne was mildly surprised at that fact. This...Auron man was an unsent? But he looked to be alive to her... Deciding to be silent once again, Lenne took in Tidus' speech, her thoughts drifting away to blitzball.
Blitzball...
Her eyes were distant as she remembered Shuyin. He loved blitzball too; he had been a star player for the Zanarkand Abes, himself, but he had always, always appeared whenever she had a concert...
Always...
It was strange, how she could remember something like this so clearly, but it wasn't surprising. Lenne had loved Shuyin ever since the first time she'd seen him, and that feeling had not faded, not even in their deaths. But now...she was alone again. Alone and alive, and Shuyin was nowhere to be found....
Was he safe? Was he all right? So many questions, and yet Lenne had no way to answer them.
Blinking at the sound of her name, Lenne struggled to keep up with the conversation. Introductions were made, yes? The songstress-summoner regained enough of her wits to bow slightly, politely.
"It's nice to meet you, Mr. Auron." She nodded at Tidus' explanation, and her eyes widened slightly at his next words. Help her find Shuyin? Really?
Brightening ever so slightly, Lenne flashed him a brief, soft smile. "Thank you, Tidus." She paused for a few moments before speaking once again. "Shuyin...Shuyin looks almost exactly like you." Although her lover's feature's were slightly more defined, less innocent, they were almost exactly the same.
Even their voices....
Lenne bit her lip, looking away. She had to stop dwelling on him for the moment. This was Tidus, not Shuyin!

Demyx flinched away mildly when he felt Yuffie's hand on his shoulder. It wasn't that he didn't trust the girl, it was more like... ugh he didn't know anymore. Thoughts from the past swirled through his mind, skewing the present and mixing everything along the way. It was almost as if he had taken a leap back in time without moving at all. The feeling was not comforting in the least.
Blue eyes shifted over to Roxas and then to Yuffie, a worried look written on his normally jovial features.
"I think.....I know why Sloth is so powerful."

Yuffie backed away sadly when the ex-Nobody flinched, placing her hands behind her. I messed up bad....again. I don't even know him and yet here I am, trying to be his best friend. What is wrong with me? She shifted her weight uncomfortably while staring at the ground, trying to think of way to apologize to her comrade. If I try something, he might get pissed again....wait, why am I caring so much about how he feels??
"I think.....I know why Sloth is so powerful."
Her eyes darted up, staring once again at the young sitarist. He seems so sad now....I wonder what's up Taking a step closer, but making sure not to touch him again, she gave him a sympathetic look. "Really, are you okay? Maybe we shouldn't have come here...."

Well. Now everyone knew eachother! They needed to get out now. But where...
Looking around, Tidus spotted stairs leading to light. "Hey! How about there? That must lead out of this weird place!" Tidus grinned, turning back to Lenne and Auron. "Who knows, maybe we might find Shuyin!"
With that thought in mind, Tidus ran towards the many, many stairs that lead to unknown places.

This was a little more than odd. In fact, Demyx’s mood was flat out unnatural. Wasn’t he always upbeat? What was with this? Was it because of the world? His memory? But Demyx had remembered everything by now, right? So that couldn’t be it…
“Sloth? Where did that come from?” That was the other topic. The said ‘Number One’ of the Heartless was not a light topic. Perhaps it was simply on Demyx’s mind a lot? Sloth was his Heartless. Roxas would never know what that felt like. Sora had come back and thus his Heartless was eliminated. He would never have a Heartless to worry about but still…
What would his Heartless be like?

Nodding at Tidus' words, her gaze moving over to the stairs, Lenne followed him. Anything to get out of here, really. She didn't know what this place was, but the fact that it had cut her off from her summons had made her extremely uncomfortable.
Who knew what else lay in here?
Following the blitzball player at a more sedate pace, Lenne smiled slightly at Auron. "Let's go, Mr. Auron."

With a simple shake of his head, Auron declared he would not be going. That boy... The one with the mullet. He had seen him before. He did not belong in the world before and yet he was there.
His strides were long and purposeful as he walked over to near Demyx and Yuffie and stare at them. Just stare.
If that gaze didn't pull their attention, then he probably would have to take more... drastic.

He had heard Lenne tell Auron to come, but there was no movement from the Unsent as his direction then changed to a group nearby that they had not noticed.
Wait a minute...
Tidus stopped running, looking towards the group and blinked. Who were they? Two girls and two guys were there where Auron stood, and one of them strangely reminded him of Sora. Why was that?
Tidus looked at Lenne, then back at the group before calling out to them. "Oi! Who are you guys? Auron! What are you doing?! We need to get out of this freaky place!" He shouted, then frowned when Auron did not move. Damnit!
"Man...why does he always do this?!" Tidus sighed. Stupid Auron. Always making things hard for them.

Lenne's gaze drifted to the group Auron had decided to stand in front of, and her eyes widened slightly. Two children - a pretty blonde girl and a rather good-looking blonde boy, a dark-haired teenaged girl, and a young man...she hadn't seen them before, and was quite surprised that Auron had sensed them first.
Pausing in her steps, and a little miffed at the way Auron just seemed to be...staring. the songstress decided to go over. She didn't know them, but she felt that getting stared down by someone as intimidating as Auron really wouldn't help, right...?
"Hello," Lenne greeted softly, her voice never losing it's trademark gentleness as her lips eased into a smile. They didn't look like they belonged here, and the brunette wondered if they were somehow transported to this world somehow, too.

"Hello,"
It took a full moment for Yuffie to realize the woman had walked up and begun talking to them. "Oh, hi!! Sorry 'bout that, I was a little distracted." she sputtered with a wide grin on her face. Her usual perky personality had returned twofold after a very eventful conversation with Demyx the night before. Who'd thought something like THAT would happen in such a dreary place? I think I might like it here after all.....
"....Whoops, sorry. Got distracted again. I should probably introduce myself." She shot her hand right at the brunette songstress. "I'm Yuffie, the taller guy is my boyfriend, Demyx, and the shorter guy and the girl are my friends, Roxas and Namine. We're here looking for......" Looking behind the woman, she saw a blond man and a rather intimidating looking older gentleman. "....um, information. What are you guys doing here?"
