Spastic waffles Farenheit 451 (Sp)-I forget the author Anthem-Ayn Rand The Chronicles of Narnia-CS Lewis
More to come when I remember them. Ahh... Anthem. I really got into that book, for some reason. Those utopia-based books can get me hooked (or just really annoyed) Someone mentioned the His Dark Materials series! I loved that series... Such an interesting idea. Especially the whole daemon thing. I wonder what mine would look like... *Imagines a hawk* Of course. Hmmm, what are some other dork books... Anyone read the Andromeda Strain? It was a required book for my biology class last year, but I somehow found it to be really engaging. I think it's also the book that inspired me to attempt some medical-mystery-style short stories...

Evil_Excel Spastic waffles Farenheit 451 (Sp)-I forget the author Anthem-Ayn Rand The Chronicles of Narnia-CS Lewis
More to come when I remember them. Fahrenheit 451 is by Ray Bradbury. ^-^ Really good book. I recently I've read the Scarlet Pimpernel- Baroness Emmuska Orczy A book i really fancied was No Man's Land. But I haven't a clue who wrote it. It's an excellent story about Batman! ^-^ I love Batman! Another one of my favorites is ofcourse Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin! It's a wonderful book! I haven't met a single person who hasn't liked it. I'm going to read Mansfield park which is another book by Jane Austin. Has anyone read it yet? I've been wanting to read Pride and Prejudice, but I have no clue what's about. Could you tell me something about it?

Naked Lunch damnit. Possibly some Stephen King's Desperation.
Maybe a touch of Peter Straub's "The Throat".

Tak-Jak Pay it Forward.. Omg I Love that book! Wasn't there a movie based off of it? I think I saw that, though I have yet to read the book. And ya, Z. I need to start reading some Stephen King. As soon as I finish Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged (which is close to the size of my frickin' dictionary.)

Re-reading Da Vinci Code, reading Crystal Doors (good story, not-so-good writing) and HP4 (Goblet of Fire) for the 17th time.
I'm not kidding, either. O.o
Oh, and the FMA novel.
But the best book I ever read was....
............
um.....
No book is yet worthy of that title.
But the best movie I ever saw was Castle in the Sky. Ah...how I miss it....

Holes is the best 1-day book I ever read (I read fast XD) And Harry Potter 6 is definitely the best one. I couldn't stop reading it (22 hours, HA! Beat that!) Only, GOF was the best plot-wise. Ms. Rowling has a way with words >.<

*tackleglomps the guild* mine...
I'd reccommend any of Tad William's work. If you want Sci-Fi over fantasy then I'd go for his Otherland series, although it's not EXACTLY Sci-Fi, Fantasy and I'd go for Memory, Sorrow and Thorn series
I would also second the motion for Stephen King. That man truly scares me. His Dark Tower series had me drooling. Well... not quite but anyways...
I am also in absolute adoration style love with Mercedes Lackey.
