Yeh... This exercise was one of the first things Jess and I anded up doing with our energy... A mild confidence boost. I think that without having done this and had some minor success with my first headache-healing I wouldnt be as poweful now... Not that I'm all that powerful... It's just that I WAS even worse xd . Damn I envy blood witches.

My semi-pagany friend Nicole and I play with energy balls after swim practice while waiting for the parental units. Its a lot of fun.

There's no such thing as a "blood witch". No one is born a Witch. People can be born into a family of Witches, yes, but, no one themselves is born an actual Witch. Being a Witch is something that has to be chosen by the individual. Does this make sense?

I played this game with my friend today. We each got it right every time, until she started getting sarcastic about it and chose yellow with purple polka-dots. xD So, I did the same thing, with random colors for each polka-dot, and told her she had to guess the color of every polka dot to get it right. She pushed the light in my face. ninja So. much. energy... x.x;;

I played a slightly different variation of any of these...
1st one without color- Make energy balls between your plams then move your palms but hold it in the same place... when you get good at this... do the same thing but 'push' the balls towards the wall... make them hit hard (not too hard if you can hear) enough to 'splatter' against the wall. The trick is to see how many you can pound against the wall... Once you get good at it.. make them different colors.. and hold the colors separate... so like one ball/splatter is blue, another yellow & ect.
It's quite amusing...

ive done similar to that except we pass it around and change the colors.
