I don't think it would be cool. Not everyone who watches Smallville likes Buffy. I'm thinking that the best crossover would be something that has to do with dc... Like if Mercy Reef actually got picked up that would have been a good one even if they already had an aquaman episode.

Yeah i know. I'm just saying that not everyone would be willing to watch that episode. They would most likely aim for something in common with Smallville. You may think buffy is like Smallville but they have a LOT of differences.

I think they are similar. Combines teenage angst and supernatural activity just like Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Instead of freak of the weeks they have demons. Trials of love and loss. And James Marsters. wink

yeah but that doesn't mean they are the same because they are different in many other ways. You cannot call me a bad fan for passing my judgement on what I think would be a bad idea for the show, Not everyone who watches smallville has to like buffy and that doesn't mean that they are all going to be open minded about the fact of merging the two.

oooh, i wonder what they would do if they crossed over smallville with another show with a common actor. like Buffy and Smallville, what would they do with James Marsters? or Supernatural and Smallville, what would they do with Jenson Ackles? how do you guys think they would try to explain things like that?

i don't think they would try to explain it. They would probably crack jokes about how Jenson looks like Jason or how Spike looks like Fine.

well, yeah the hair is definately different, but you can still tell they're the same person. that would be funny to watch them cracking jokes about all the inside information. mrgreen

How about Smallville/Gilmore Girls? That would be kind of fun. Just imagine Chloe meeting Rory. Better yet, Rory as Clark´s newest love interest. Something the like. The Kansas crew hanging out in Stars Hollow, for a change of pace. You can´t deny Smallville could use some of the Gilmore´s humorous situations, if only a little bit.
