The blue eye comes from a particular disease heterochromia, in which they eye color can be different.
And his red eye, which lacks pigment is colored by his blood. The result of this though is a decreased ability to see out that eye, and a light sensitivity. (which is a reason for him to wear a mask with glass eyes.)
His albino traits give him the silver/whitish hair. (not platnim colored hair like some rappers like to dye it.) And if you say that doesnt exist, well go to an old folks home. It is caused by the decrease ammounts of pigment. Though, with albinos it is more common to have a light lemon color hair.
The indian mystic was no more then a dream, in a similar way you.. may.. possibly dream. Though he hails from japan, or at least, says that he does, theres no proof that he does or doesnt. Nor is there any proof that he is infact a ninja. Just some funny costume pieces.
(after all.. why can he speak english at the beach party rp?)

Pretty much he does have a secret past, this past is clouded in his mind of what is real, and what isnt. Is he a ninja? or is he not?
(and the crow saying "monroe monroe" was infact a parody thing. as i had discribed below it.)

I slight revised version of his bio, currently only the phisical features, due to some people not thinking that it could be possible. Pretty Much i do my research and like to find strange illnesses that can over come a person, Picho has a few rare diseases, Such as albinoism and heterochromia which give him his odd hair color and eye colors
Name - Picho Mystil
Serum – As of yet, Undecided.
Picho is an albino, due to the lack of pigment his hair is a sliver/white, and his right eye is a red color, due to it being colored only by his blood. Due to heterochromia his left eye is a pale bluish grey. He is a lean person, but short measuring only 4’3” this gives him an almost child like appearance. He is quite muscle bound, but not in a bulky way, a more lean runner body.
Due to his red eye constantly freaking people out, and the fact it is much more sensitive to sunlight then his left, he wears an eye patch over it when not wearing other eye gear. Anyone looking close to his eyes could see the slight wobble in them, though it is very slight. The increased sensitivity however, gives him a much better view at night then most other humans.
He constantly wears a mask he calls the Kitsune mask. Its appearance is almost fox like in shape with red glass over both the eyes. Most of the mask is white, with various tribal markings on it. Along with it he wears a robe made of some sort of fur. The robe straps into the back of the mask (which is also covered in fur) and runs around the body. On this is a mantle that drapes over most of the body, and covers the hands. Its color is a rather drab green. The fur portion of the robe straps all the way down to the waist at which point it ends in three fox like tails.
When he first shows up he is wearing a glider pack with a small motor in it. It is built to be functional but also look like a pair of crow wings. Lining this is black feathers.
Other eye wear is a set of dark goggles, a pair of shades, and a eye patch that he uses to cover his right eye. He also wears different head gears to shade his eyes, including a red fedora.
Other cloths he might wear are a collection of t-shirts and a red coat (to match his fedora.)
But his past is more of a fickle thing.

There is several mysteries in his past. Most of which will be added as people RP it out of him. (don’t want to ruin the ending to a good mystery before it begins now do we?)
Likewise, I have yet decided on the serum, and there for allowing the crew or someone choose for me. (preferably a mammal though.) though I may figure out what to shape him into.
There is two transformations that happen with Picho, one being his mental state, and the other being his physical state.
He bounces around between two memories of life.
The first is….
He was born under the union of the Kitsune and Neko ninja clans. The Inu clan attacked them and destroyed all his family, he managed to escape by jumping off a cliff, in which he washed to shore after having a dream of an Indian mystic visiting him in Las Vegas then placing a bird on his head. Having woken up he found a fortune cookie that told him were to go to find out more about the Island and Serum 45. Before he got there the Karusa Clan attacked him then apparently sent him on a gliderwing to the island.
While this does explain appearance of the gliderwing and other “ninja” gear he has, it doesn’t explain a few other things. First of which being that he knows how to speak English and fluently, while his Japanese is a little rusty, second of which being his ability to pilot the gliderwing nearly in his sleep. Or how he knows of Dr. Monreau.
He also has a fear of fire. Not like a little fire such as a candle, but big fires. While this may have been because of the Inu clans attack, he doesn’t remember any fire there. He doesn’t even remember what his parents faces looked like.
Alternatively he has a second idea of what his past is. He grew up in Las Vegas, his fathers friend was an Indian who presented himself to be a “mystic”. Picho was a heavy martial arts enthusiast, but never managed to get fairly high in any belts due to his desire to learn more types of martial arts. Even with all this training that he might have had, he wasn’t a very good fighter. Instead as he grew older he began doing something known as “base running” which is a series of stunts using acrobatics and physical prowess. Think sort of like the Prince of Persia.
However in this reality he doesn’t even know he really had any parents other then his dads friend. And while it does explain his physical abilities similar to that of the ninja one, it still doesn’t explain where the ninja gear came from, nor the gliderwing still. And its even further away from his knowledge of Dr. Monreau.

I have a question.
If he is an red eyed albino, how does he have a different eye colour expressed, as the lack of pigment would overrided it?
Also due to the lack of pigment it actually causes the eyesight to be worse then normal eyes, even at night. smile

There is a couple of colors the eyes can be for albinos.
Light blue and grey and in much more extream ammonts of pigment loss, red.
Due to the Heterochromia one eye has more pigment then the other.
As for the nightvision, you may be right, though im looking at the other logical side, being that the lack of pigment allows more light in allowing for much better sight.
That is one thing that could be either or.

a bit of a critque.....
Honestly, for people to be able to take this
quest seriously, definately need to revise your quest
and erase all mention of your character being a Ninja,
and ninjas in general. No, no no no no to ninjas.
They aren't very realistic in a modern world setting.
Also I would consider changing your character's
nationality, if you still want your character from Asia, thats
fine, but there are already a few people from japan already,
so nationality should change.
it also isn't very realistic for Picho to have a 'few rare diseases'
rare diseases are rare for a reason, and it is highly improbible
for one person to have multiple diseases/disorders.
now it would be interesting if your character had only heterochromia,
but having multiple rare diseases and conditions? truely wouldn't work.
and Albinoism, I wouldn't go with that.
Sorry if this is a really brutal & mean critique,but i am being as honest as
I can be, and it is because of the content in the quest doesn't
seem real enough to be taken seriously, which is why people have been
picking fruitcake in your poll.
Now, some suggestions on how you can revise this:
pick a different nationality, China might be a good one.
needs a realistic lifestyle & history- pick from something you
know and like that you'd want to do or maybe not! you want
your character to be unique and flawed!
Picho could be a young chinese bicycle-rickshaw driver that dreams about
being a Ninja & martial Arts master but just doesn't have the talent,
time and money to do it, and maybe Picho's heterochromia
causes him to loose customers because it is a strange thing to see?
and maybe causes him to be shuned as well?
fears are a good way to build a charater's past, you mentioned Picho is afraid of fire, well why is he afraid of fire? did something happen to cause that fear?

I'm sorry to say but this quest really is improbable. Really, ninjas in 2006? This is on modern Earth. I know there are a bunch of Japanese characters already, so you might want to change that. But... ninja? WTF mate, WTF.... sweatdrop

Weight: 125 lbs
Picho Has Waardenbrug syndrome, resulting in Hetrochromia and a white stripe of hair. Sometimes though he blames not hearing something on the syndrome, as it is also linked to hearing imparment. He is rather short for an young adult, but dont let his size fool you. If ever seen with out his infamous kitsune robe on, he is built strong enough to take on almost anyone.
His skin color though, is slightly lighter then normal peoples, mostly due to the fact he wears the robe all most all the time.
A thief by nature, he sometimes seems to suffer from Klyptomania, though hisself control at times points to false. He will however, rob you blind if he doesnt like you and gets a chance to.
He's also a rather well practiced engineer, due to the manual labor he did most of the time, he body built up. That, and his constant desire to be a ninja kept him training in any way he could. His desire to be a ninja still hasnt ended even though it is 2006 and he is twenty one years old.
Several people joined in under his wing, and they created small groups under his. Each one named after an animal, His being fox. His girlfriend made a cat group, and two other people made the raven and dog clans.
While they all worked together, each controlled a part of the city as thier turff. However, tradagy struck as the leader of the dog group decided to seize the other sections. He attacked not only with his memebers, but also used hounds and other things. Pichos girlfriend dressed up in his robes to act as a decoy.
She was brutally slain as the nearly abandoned building was burned to the ground. Picho fell from the building to escape, as he second in command was also killed. The building was right on the edge of a cliff, as picho made the plunge.
A Native American by the name of Lucky Pete found him and attempted to assist Picho, who had been dressed up in the robes before. Pete was actually there as the dog group attacked the HQ. He told Picho to search for serum 45, since he had seen the dog group previously using it to pump up for the attack. Soon he went to the raven groups area. Dressed like ravens during the night, they heared picho to where he needed to be. They gave him supplies and a gliderwing.
After more ship trasfers then one could remember, Picho was near the island. He was told that the source of serum 45 was some where around here, but never did he imagine that it would be this tiny little island that the ship just happened to pass close by.
The hand of fate then took a rather turn for the worst, or the best, as officials boarded the ship looking for Picho. The little turd from the dog clan, had not only pushed out picho, but was now pulling the strings of the city. In a desperate attempt to escape he used the gliderwing to reach the island they passed by a while back. As he got closer though, artillary, in the form of fireworks bombarded him, as did the lack of oxegin in the higher reaches of the air. As a result he crash landed in the water, where for some reason (Rather none what so ever) he was perfectly okay just a bit dazzed. The same could not be said for the gliderwing, nor the engine.

(PS need some reason for him to actually be here. Though i would think it would be funny he flew a helichopper over, landed it then forgot about it.)
Name: Old Man Mcdougle
Age: 86.. maybe higher.
Occupation: Retired.
Serum -owl maybe?
Old Man Mcdougle may be old, but he doesnt look too old (as in hunched over back and requiring cane or walker). His eyes squint most of the time trough small wire framed glasses, bushy eyebrows flowing over them. His walk is more of a walding shuffle, but if he needs to move he could.
Its impossible to tell all of Mcdougles past, esspecially since he makes most of it up whenever and whereever he wants. But the long story short, most anything he says he did, he didnt do, except for a few things here and there during WWII. He was in the bombing of pearl harbor, and assisted in the combat there, though that was it.
He has a natural nack for appearing anywhere any time. This leads to several people jumping or awkward momments, not to mention half the time he says things with out thinking about it, then normally doesnt even think afterwards about what he says.
Its immpossible to tell if its just old age or little jokes he likes to play, but he as the ability to say things that lead to even more discomfort, or some amusment. As for why he came to the island, He doesnt even know himself. Infact he doesnt even know he is on the island at all.

Hey I have an idea I'll toss at you.
Maybe he could be an actor, that's how he has his the mask and cape. He could also be the scriptwriter so he knows his characters inside and out.
So somehow he loses his memory or something and he believes he's the main character from his play. Maybe get sent into a pschatric ward and that's how moreau found out about him *shrugs*
Or he could just be an entatainer and wearing that costume makes him feel safe or something, or more confident then he would be normally. Could explain the gliderwing as that was a working prop for a festival but went AWOL.
lol Russian, I liked the chinese suggestion.
Also I don't see Picho being a crime boss. He seems too carefree and funny :3

*sighs* Unless he's a professional thief, there's no way he could make a living as a thief. Unless he's just barely scraping by, just getting food and the occasional scrap of clothing.
And really, your character couldn't control turf that large with only one person. Seriously. If he, say, had a whole freaking mob behind him, then it might be possible. And you can't really have a 'clan' with one person in it. This sounds waaaaaaaaaay too mystical to be real life. Why don't you just go for a regular guy with a normal job or something like that? You've mutalated your origional idea so badly that you may as well just start with a new char.
Perhaps they could be a historian on ninjas and knows alot about them and whatnot. Then, he went insane and convinced himself he was a ninja.... just a thought. sweatdrop
