If you were talking about the origional Winglian Capitol, Al, then you'd be wrong. ^_^ Their origional old city Capitol was "Kadessa." You can go ahead and check me on that, I'm pretty sure I'm not wrong. (If you were talking about something else, then forget what I've said. sweatdrop )

Here's what I know:

Kadessa

Former Winglian Capitol City before and during the Dragon Campaign. It was WHERE the main part of the war between Melbu, Zieg, the Winglies and the Dragoons took place. (Ie. It's the sky city in the DC CG.) The city crashed downwards and became known as the "Forbidden City." (Kadessa/the "Forbidden City' is alsowhere Lloyd retrieved the dragon buster, since it IS said that Melbu Frahma dropped the sword there.) 3nodding heart

Ulara

Ulara was a city created by Charle Frahma (Melbu's sister) to hide and house Winglies who did not follow or support Melbu Frahma's ways. It WAS created DURING the Dragon Campain and was not a capitol of anything.

All other cities were, (former) Deningrad, Zenebatos, Aglis, Mayfil and (former) Flanvel.

No, you misunderstand. The question was "What are the names of the major Winglie cities". Sorry if I put down "capitals".

And Flanvel wasn't a capital or a city. It wasn't even a town. It was a flying Winglie military base under the supervision of Faust.

What are the names of the original Dragoons that died but could not leave the world, and what were the reasons that they couldn't leave?

Syuveil - I want to say he was afraid of dying since his studies of life and death weren't exactly finished.

Damia - She didn't want to be/go alone.

Kanzas - He basically didn't get enough killing, the jerk.

Belzac - Felt bad for the children and wouldn't accept Shirley's death.

Shirley - The other didn't ascend to heaven.

Zieg - Petrification, anyone?

Rose doesn't count, now does she?
