Yes.. Thats right. Silver was going to dress him in a em... 'Revealing' outfit just to grab her attension. It was so unfair. They were being so stubborn against her. Eye'ing the youth she attempted a grin. "Er... Hi... I trust your not going to be dressing me up as er... 'Tasteful' as Yani."
She quickly shifted over to the side of the room Sati was on.

Chuckling, silver headed outside of the room. "I'll go check to make sure Yani's getting ready." With that, he headed outside, taking off to head for Yani and Jade's house, hoping that Yani had already told his mother, so he wouldn't be springing something on her. Gods help him if he was.

'Well I'm not going to force you to wear anything.' she smiled.
'But if Yanisin is to dress up dont you think it would be fair - and nice to wear something a little bit special too?' she suggested gently.

"Well. Hes not exactly going to see I made the effort is he?" She remained blunt, arms loosely crossed. "Where? Oh, some place Silver took me to when I was younger. Somewhere people won't point and stare." She nodded, "I guess thats 'alright.. "

Eventually, Silver landed at the path leading up to the house Yani lived in with his family, and walked up to the door, knocking lightly, wings tightly folded at his back, waiting for someone to answer. He reeeealy hoped that Jade had been told already.

'Just because Yanisin is blind does not mean you cant make an effort.' Sati said coolly. This girl was far more stubborn then Rhiannon but she'd win in the end.
'Besides if you dress up it makes yourself feel more special and makes the event more then just a normal everyday one.' she looked at Keir.
'So do you have pierced ears?' she asked, rifling through her jewellery boxes for what she was trying to find.

Jade had indeed been told and had taken the news as expected. She was -not- pleased. However, after a fairly tearful argument on both sides, she relented and left Yani to do what he needed to do. To spare herself any further protective motherly urges, she had taken Ava out to the park, thus leaving Yani's house free of her presence. It was unlikely Sire or Dragon would be there as well.
Yani was currently sprawled on the couch in a pair of old grey sweatpants, having just gotten out of the shower since most of his morning was spent grooming Ayasha and mucking out her stall over at his old house. At the sound of the knock, he groaned. "Oh gods, here we go," he mumbled as he hauled himself up off the cushions and made his way over to the door, which he opened slowly as though he expected to be shot immediately upon doing so.

Silver gave a small smile. "Hello Yani. Sense Sati's taken over fussing over Keir and helping her get ready, I figured i'd come over to help you get ready." Looking around, he dropped his voice to a wisper. "Uh, your mother has been told right? And if she has, is she around?" Silver's voice held a tone of nerviousness. No one should have to face down an Irrate mother of someone else. That was almost the same as commiting suicide!

"I guess.." She shrugged merely. She felt so awful, so awkward, even the air was awkward and stiff in here, or so it seemed. "Ears pierced..?" She nodded quickly to confirm.
Drawing back some of her hair, she held it behind her ear. "There," the cat fa'e pointed down to her earlobes, a faint piercing was visible. "It came with the package," she decided to snigger, well it had come with this 'teen' stage, and she was only really coming to terms with it. She still felt like a big kid inside.

"Yeah, she knows," he said blandly, like he didn't want to remember having to tell her. "And no, she's not here. She made sure to leave early this morning so she didn't follow through on her...uh...plans." The fa'e smirked slightly at that but moved to let Silver come inside.
"I don't expect her back for a long while, so you should be alright. The only saving grace is that I'm going with Keir, I guess. She likes her." Already his voice began to show his nervousness, having only a slight tremble to it for right now.

Silver gently patted Yani on the shoulder. "Don't worry. You'll be fine. Keir's just as nervious as you are." At this point, he chuckled. "Sati chased me out of the house after I introduced the two of them. Women can be strange sometimes, but also very nice at other." Giving another chuckle, he looked around. "Well, shall we get you ready for your date?"

'Good.' she nodded, finally locating the black jewellery box she was searching for.
'For a start I thought it would be nice to wear this set,' she walked over and showed Keir. The earrings were drop ones with little bells, and the bracelet was similar, comprising of a silver chain of tiny bells.
'These actually make a little ringing noise.' she flicked one with a finger.
'And I've never worn the earrings. Noisy jewellery is no good for a warrior,' she chuckled.

"Is it too late to just call it off? Please?" he said suddenly, crossing his arms over his chest protectively and biting his lip in a manner to suggest his nervousness. His ears were already turning a light pink at the thought of having to go through this.

She grinned a little nervously, inspecting the earrings from top to bottom. "They're pretty," Sati at least had made a first good choice, if all her choices went like this, she guessed she'd be fine for the night. The sound however, she could deal with, her bell occasionally made a 'clink' sound. But she barely noticed.
"Oh no, its cool. The sound won't put me off them."

'The sound is more for Yani,' she remarked.
'There will be perfume later,' she chuckled.
'So,' she looked Keir up and down.
'You'll certainly nicely fill out anything of mine,' she nodded, walking over to her wardrobe.
