Mkarag slithered to one of the halves. It was perfect. It was small enough to carry back to the Pride Lands. His silver eyes fell upon Tamu's cut, the one he caused from asking him for his request. "Tamu, I'm sorry." he apologized. He didn't mean to hurt the lion, now he felt terrible for having it happen.
"If it is any constellation, you should take the other half." he said, blancing back at the other, larger, half. He could not do much with it and Tamu helped him too. Though, his silver eyes kept glancing back at the cut.

Tamu smiled despite the pain in his mouth. "Don't worry about it, my friend. Nothing but a scratch. It'll cure." It really wasn't that serious, just a little cut in the mouth. Sure, if it got infected it'd be a little serious, but he'd keep that from happening.
"Oh, well thank you," he said kindly, smiling still as he took the other half. "I hope your mate really likes that."

The snake smiled as the lion reassured that he would be fine. "That is good to hear, my friend." he dipped his head. "I hope you put it into a good usse, Tamu." Mkarag gathered it up into his mouth and started back to the Pride Lands.
"Until we ssee each other again, Tamu." he called back before disappearing back into the grass. Tamu of Kusini Land's to-be king.
