Ya. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen the vice-captain on.
And am I the only one who noticed in the title it says "A Writer's Gulid"? Not that I mind. Actually kinda funny, since we're writers and all...

I never noticed. Allow me to go fix it now.
Fixed! Someone should have pointed it out to me earlier (Kirby) becuase I would've fixed it immediately and they wouldn't have had to get so stressed.
