Dear Diary,
Rumors of his arrest have been fluttering passed my ears all day. I find it so hard to believe. Finally. After all these years. There was a point in my life when I had quit hoping for the day when the b*****d would finally be caught.
At first, it all felt like a dream.
A very wonderful dream.
I was on my way home from finishing most of the day's chores when I overheard two beefy males disccussing the matters of an arrest; the arrest of one of the most notorious gangsters in Yurupean history.
I rushed home with my heart pounding in my chest. Never had I felt more alive. It was such an intense feeling of gratification and relief that I clutched at it desperately with my mind and emotions, fearful that if I let go for even a single moment it would all dissapear and turn out to be a figment of my imagination.
Then, finally, my hopes were confirmed. A picture of Aimery was in the day's newspaper with news of his arrest. Aimery had been caught in the midst of trying to steal the King's crowl jewels. What a fool. Once in custody, Aimery had only admitted to his guilt when faced with proof that he was responsible for my father's murder.
I'm a bit annoyed with The Authorities for not calling me personally to fill me in on all of the details. It was I, after all, who provided them with the necessary links to Aimery in the case of my father's murder. More than any other Yurupean, I deserve to know the particulars of such a spectacular event.
How dare they hide such precious pieces of information from me?
Its absurd!
I shall have to pay a visit to Authority headquarters tomorrow. Hopefully, there, I will get the information I want and be able to spit on the a*****e's boots.
Thanks to me, The Authorities have managed to pin my father's death
His punishment has already been decided and I have to say that I'm very dissapointed with it. Sentencing him to another life on another planet?
How many more people does he have to kill for The Authorities to realize that he will never change. Nobody ever changes.
If I had it my way, he'd die. Sadly, too few Yurupeans believe in such drastic measures.
I suppose that I will will have to sleep comfortable knowing that Xerxes Aimery finally got what he deserved.
Satisfied, for the most part,
Miss Zyla Namazzi
