I haven't really deceied. Do I count Michael's zaniness coupled with Graham's, or John's complaining logical characters with his acting. Do I choose Eric's one liners, or Terry G's complee lunacy with animation, or Terry J's in sight?
Take them as a whole, with strawberry jam.

How can you ask for one of them? Throw them all in together and there's my favourite. My favourite is Monty Python. Yuss. All of them together.
If I had to choose...probably Idle or Palin.

It's a hard decision to make, but I'd have to pick John Cleese. Lancelot and the French Taunter are my favorite characters in Grail. His outrageous French accent is hilarious. Fawlty Towers is also classic.

Cleese may be unmatched but I have a weakness for Palin because of his books. On the other hand all of my favourite characters were played by Idle xp Let's face it. If there was an option "The whole bunch of them" the outcome of the poll would be like soo predictable.

Um... the one that plays the translator in Holy Grail. And he sings at one point in Meaning of Life, although I was mostly asleep when that happened... I don't remember his name though!
And John Cleese is pretty cool. But I still like the other one.
