He felt himself beginning to fall again. Dammit! This time he was a little more prepared. He tried to roll around and land on his feet to avoid the injury. He was hoping to walk away from this mission with all his limbs intact, thank you.

He couldn't quite manage to twist his body around to catch himself. Instead, he landed painfully on his fight shoulder. He managed to restrain his grunt of pain, but he was running out of time. The sailors were already deciding how to best transport the damn thing. They were busy getting their handholds now. He scrambled to his feet for one more try before they began their ascent up the ramp. He grabbed the railing, facing the ship this time. He opted for a quick scramble. This was the fastest and surest way to do it. He hadn't done it earlier because it was also easier to get caught this way. Hopefully, Daiki was watching his back. He began to pull and kick his way to the top.

Haruko made his way stealthily through the crowds at the Harbor. They weren't especially crowded today, but he didn't take any chances. His eyes scanned the faces of those he brushed past. Most of them knew him since he'd been coming down here since he was a small child. But there were always foreigners that wouldn't hesitate to grab another member for their "crew". Reiko was supposed to be briefing Ryoku on their mission and sending him down here. Haruko couldn't wait to get started. It was going to be so much fun!

Ryoku sighed as he stopped near the enrance of the harbor.
He rolled his shoulder and glanced around.
'Damn...crowded as usual...oh well, maybe I can find a few openings.' he thought.
Slowly, Ryoku nudged his way through the crowds.
He didn't usually come to the harbor, but e did know his way around.
His family worked a stand here and partly owned one, so he knew some of the area.
Finally, he spotted Haruko and waved to him.
He brushed past a few people and reached him.
"Hey, Haruko. Reiko-sama said that I should get a quick briefing from you. She got really busy in the office."

Haruko waved at Ryoku as he approached, grinning gleefully. The grin faded a bit at the news that his teammate had no briefing but didn't disappear by any means. "Got busy, huh? Well, I suppose that's natural. Everyone is going to want to see her now." He shrugged. "Well, she told me what we would be doing before we left the house. It should be a pretty fun job!" His eyes sparkled with a bit of excitement. "Basically, Auntie is going to set up trade negotiations soon with some of the villages. But to do that, she'll need something to trade, right? Well, our only marketable item right now is poison. But we don't have enough qualified people to gather it. Or at least, not enough to give Auntie the amount she needs to complete the negotiations. So we're going to get some." His grin took on a wicked gleam. "We get to go hunt for poisons!" His face fell into a slightly more serious expression, "We'll have to be really careful though. And Auntie gave me a list of the amount we were supposed to get from each animal." He pulled a sheet from a pocket and handed it over for Ryoku to see.Quote: Sea Lice: 10 Specimens

Description: Reiko needs someone to start gathering specimens for poisons to add to the village market. Travel down to the ocean and search its depths for 10 Sea Lice, 10 Fire Jellyfish, 10 Sea Nettle, 5 Sea Anemone, and 5 Lionfish. Try not to get stung, for some of these creatures' stings are quite painful. Once you've gathered all of them, put them in a bag that will be provided. Bring them to Reiko at her office when you are done.
Objective: Gather together the required number of each specimen. Be careful not to get stung! When you have collected them all, deliver them to Reiko in her office.

Ryoku nodded at Haruko and set his hands into his pockets.
He yawned and looked at the sky.
"Yeah, so far, an ANBU and a chuunin walked into there. Oh, and a crazy woman that I wanted to fight, but Reiko wouldn't let me."
He looked back at Haruko, a puzled look on his face.
"So that's where we come in, ne? Well, I guess shinobi are the best to gather these poisons."
Ryoku took the piece of paper and looked it over quickly.
He sighed and shook his head, looking out to the ocean.
"Well, the most I know is that the Fire jellyfish are in the shallow pools over near the rocks, and the lionfish should be within wading distance near there as well, correct? If so, at least those will be easy to find. Well, I guess we should start."
He slowly started to walk off towards the beach.

Haku laughed at Ryoku's description of Reiko's office. "Sounds like she'll be in a wonderful mood tonight." He nodded at the other boy's suggestion. "Yeah. Let's get going." He, too, headed towards the beaches. It would be a pain to gather all of these things, but Auntie needed help right now. And if this was what she needed...then this was what he would do. Even if there wasn't a girl on his team. He sighed wistfully. If only...

(That's okay. I won't be on for fridays or saturday nights until late for a while. Tennis Lessons, Yay!)
Ryoku nodded and kept his hands in his pockets.
Maybe he would be able to wrestle with a big fish or something.
He could possibly even taunt a shark for all he cared.
"Maybe we'll see a shark, or a beach whale. That'd be interesting, ne?"
With that, Ryoku walked off behind Haruko.
Hopefully, the mission would be done easily and he could go off and train some more.

It has already been half way on this beautiful clear day in the harbor of the Kirigakure village. Everyone from sailors, and tourists were arriving and leaving.
But out came a boat approaching. On the boat was the captain with his crew and a passanger. This passanger was Batosai Hitorki, the child with few words to say and emotions to show. Batosai was standing at the very front deck of the ship staring as the land came more closer to the ship. Two members of the crew noticed him and approached him with grins on their faces. One of them joked at Batosai, "Hey, can you spell any word at all?" The other one chuckled and joked back, "He won't answer your question cause he can't even talk in the first place." At this point they both were screaming of laughter. Batosai of course took notice of the two men and their bad jokes, which did nothing but annoy him. He turned his head at the sailors and replied back, "How about you guys get some girls in your lives besides each other and don't bother me again." Both sailors faces went from joking to anger in an instant. But before a fight can break out between the three the captain approached yelling, "Hey you two get back to work right now!!!" The two sailors immediatly walked off to do what they were doing before. The captain grinned at Batosai and said, "Sorry about that, they get a little reckless after the long days at sea..." He paused as him and Batosai moved their heads at the land ahead of them. "Kirigakure...haven't seen it in years. So what you going there for?" Batosai continued to look straight ahead as he answered, "To make a living." The captain turned his head at Batosai and grinned as he turned and walked away.
Within a hour, the ship finally arrived at the harbor of the village. There was so many people on the harbor deck. If they weren't working, they were either tourist or merchants making a living. Batosai got his belongings, which was a bag, and left the boat right when it docked in the harbor. He then pulled out a piece of paper out of his left pocked and observed it. He put it back into his pocket and started to walk across the harbor with him carring his bag over his shoulders as he was heading into the village.

Aether had been on the boat for a few days now. He looked over all his notes about the mist and yet still was plaining out what type of action they where going to take. He had brought his own food which he ate in silence in his room. He would be in the mist village in about one more day which the mission would start and things well become dangerous.

Shadow just looked out at the ocean from the deck for the few days. After a while he stalked down into the cabins and found his way to Aether's room. Leaning in the doorway he said: "Hey, once we get there, i think i'm going to fall back into the shadows for a few days. I think the best aproach would be for me and you to work out a code, you can talk to them, and if you think they know something you can signal me, and i'll stalk them and eavsdrop on them to find something out... Thats all I can think of anyways..."

Aether heard shadow talk about a code . Aether though it over for "Alright thats fine how about it being Naruto "Aether said in a slight wispier.
In the next few hours they arrived in the mist village. Aether lift his room the air was thick with mist. He looked around the docks and they seamed old and run down. He walked out of the boat and headed for the city. Aether as he walked towards the city slipped Shadow a note talking about how they both should split up for a week and both try to gather as much info as possible from the mistress office and any place thats training ninja for battle Aether stated that he was going to take the academy since he want to see how the upcoming ninja, and seeing if he get info from the teachers no anything about there leader.

Shadow nodded at the code. As they walked towards mist he looked around at how the place had changed. He had only been here twice in his entire life. Once was when he was a child and he hadn't even started to asspire to become a Shinobi. The second time was on a mission with his old team. Right before he slipped into the dark he took the note from Aether. Looking at it he frowned. "Ah man why does he get the academy!?" He said to himself jokingly. Finally he decided he needed to get sierese and start this mission. I guess that means i need to find some way to break into the mistresses office or some other ninja training place... He thought to himself as he continued walking.
