I'm the exact opposite of that. I take it personally and Will plays for fun, and I mean even if we're on the same team or whatever and he's doing better than me. I'm starting to think there's a reason why everyone likes to joke around about me being more of a man than a woman. sweatdrop (And no, it's nothing physical. Just getting that out of the way.)
I sometimes take it personally if I'm getting creamed at a new game.
Whenever I'm playing a game I've played once or twice before, I always win.
So, I only really get competitive when someone's creaming me at a game I've never played before.
Which, actually, sounds very stupid, but oh well, that's me for ya.
=)
That's not weird at all. I get like that too, especially since the game is new and I don't want to look stupid in it. Other times, the person I'm playing with doesn't even bother to tell me how to play, and they'll know all the secrets and where items are, and I get so mad when they kick my a** because they didn't tell me anything about the game. It has to be on purpose because no one would be that big off an a** without meaning to be. evil

I tend to beat all of my guy friends at ssbm.... sweatdrop

I always beat my stepbrother as SSBM, so whenever we do play, we don't play for very long 'cause he gets sick of losing quickly. xp

I thought I was just overly competitive, but you're absolutely right about that.

They always know everything about it, and they leave you in the dark.

They just can't take that we can kick their a**, so they figure that if we know nothing about the game they can get their pride back by beating a newbie at it.

Never let boys gloat on their victory. Just a big no no.
Because, somebody just has to show them who's boss.
It is just so annoying when boys think they have that advantage.
Especially when you have one of those off days, which sucks.
But that just means you got to bring it down on them harder the next time.
I mean I love playing for fun and all.
But if the boys want competition, you just gotta bring it to them, right? wink

(Took place during a 4-player fight on Super Smash Bros. Melee, I was Princess Peach, my friend kelsie was Zelda/Sheik and Nathan and Drew were Mario and Link.)
Nathan: Magen(me) if you dont stop ******** flying around i'm gonna stab you.
Kelsie: STFU Nathan *hits Nathan with the home run bat*
Drew: Magen you're such a whore, you sleep with the game.
Me: All of you shut up or i'll throw my v****a turnips at you >.>.
(the me sleeping with the game is an inside joke, the first time I ever played mario kart on gamecube I used Peach and Daisy, and whooped all their asses. and since then not one of them has been able to beat me in that game. Thus the fact that Peach and Daisy are whores and I sleep with the game to win =] )

I always use Peach and I always win doing so and I always give the attacks weird names or phrases.
Like when I say, 'Watch out. My a** is going to catch fire,' I'm talking about when Peach says, 'Boom cha,' and her a** catches fire and side jumps to her opponent and sets them on fire.
I love her interestingly weird attacks.
They're entertaining.

They're MUCH more competitive than girls are.
Girls generally play for fun.
Guys play to kick girls' asses and to flirt while doing it.
If they win, they rub it in girls' faces, saying they suck and all that crap.
Girls, on the other hand, tend to kick their asses and then make them feel like it was a close game even if it wasn't.
I think that's one of our many mistakes.
We make them feel good about their losing, and, in return, what do they show for it, but rubbing our losses in our faces.
It's one of the reasons I decided to be the best at every game possible.
So that I can't lose when going up against them.
And let them wallow in their own shame of defeat.
That's girl power for ya.

Hahaha whenever I beat a guy I totally rub it in! "Oh... look who just got beaten by a GIRL!!!!!! Not so manly now, are ya??" lol its fun, especially if they are usually jerks when they beat you, or if they think you suck cuz your a girl.

I attempt not to do that, because after awhile, it does sink into their head, and it starts getting to them.
If you do that too much, they'll start feeling worthless and unmasculine.

I finally thought of an awesome response for this! It does not matter if guys feel worthless and unmasculine from girls rubbing their victories into their faces. The reason for this is that guys have always put girls down when it comes to them playing games, and it's time for some payback. twisted Moreoever, guys have been putting women down since the dawn of time, and it's time to take the payback to their precious digital realm. twisted This feels like an evil laugh moment. xd

Lol I remember when I played with my two guy friends, I never played them before but I would always tell them that I rock at Halo 2. So one day I went over to their house and played against the two of them, it started out as killing anyone that appeared on the screen, but slowly it turned into the two of them trying to kick my a**. They never did, I remember getting into a ghost and blowing both of their asses up everytime, they'd go and get into a scorpion and I'd still blow up their tank biggrin , but of coarse they started saying that I was chicken so I got out of my ghost and still kicked both of their asses.....ooooh the glory biggrin It's the best when a girl can prove they're better at the shooting games than guys, it completely amazes them that a girl can play those kind of games. After that they started asking for my help on Call of Duty blaugh

Oh, its easy.
We have boobs.
I guess i have a fairly good body, and nice boobs( i kinda think otherwise) So i use it to my advantage alot >w<;; So what if its mild cheating by takeing off clothes while playing video games, and wearing really short skirts while in a Pump it up/ DDR turny.
its filled with men. >3
