Xio continued this same pattern of assault... only, each attack seemed to be getting stronger, not weaker.
As for the girl, she may or may not notice that her mastery over the air was beginning to decline. The nature of fire is to consume, and oxygen is no exception. But he wasn't going to give her time to come to that understanding.
He quickened his pace, drawing on the heat of the last wave of attacks to empower further... future attacks that burned hotter, moved faster, even as he drew closer to her.

Narihira would frown in a decidedly not mock fashion. With a stroke of her arm, the whirlwind dissapated. The second that arm was halfway through the air, her other arm went up and she made a slashing movement over her head. A large blast of frigid air from the north came in, bringing with it a cold front and dark clouds of rain. Once they were overhead, it began to rain, the falling water cold as ice, and the little balls of hail even colder. Fan still moving on her staff. Narihira began to twirl it rapidly in her hands, than with another movement of her hand, darted forward on a short burst of wind and began her physical attack, unsheathing the blade hidden within the wood.

1). Enubia's Move: 'Moving The North Wind' is a waste of energy. It's allowed and it does work, though.
2). Enubia's Weapon: Alright. Have your staff/sword thing.
3). Komm's 'Shortness Of Breath' Comment Prt1: Air benders live on mountains. The air is extremely thin up where Enubia's character lives/lived. Shortness of breath isn't really something she should be worried about, since she has lived in a place where her breath is normally taxed.
4). Komm's 'Shortness Of Breath' Comment Prt2: Enubia's character made a whirlwind in the center of the ring. Excessive, and energy wasting, as it may b--it would bring in cold air that would cause a majority of Komm's heated air/land/area to be taken up into the skies.
5). Komm's 'Losing Of Air Mastery': Air benders control wind currents, not Oxygen. With the heating/cooling of the sorrounding air both firebending and airbending should be hightened in their speed/power.
6). Enubia's Pet Rainstorm: Allowed.
Taking everything into consideration, I believe both Komm Kayriel and Enubia are nearly out of stamina. With Komm's massive amount of heating, constant forward fire 'arcs', and fire balls, he should be nearly at his limit. With Enubia's large windstorms, rain, 'north wind calling', she should also be near her limit.
However, Enubia should be closer to her limit since she has been doing techniques that would consumed more stamina/energy/focus.
Conclusion: Re-Opened. Battle will continue for ten more posts. After that, if you two are still fighting, the battle will be called as a draw.

((I made sure that I didn't specify the time of day/night. It gives an unfair advantage to firebenders/waterbenders.

Xio looked upon her drawing of an entire front with a mix of incredulity and skepticism. Either she had something up her sleeve, or forcefully moving miles of stormfront from miles away was about the least intelligent thing she'd done the entire fight. She'd be tired by now, very tired... regardless of bending energy, stamina was a key issue in battle, and after maintaining something as convoluted as a twister for some time - and then cutting off all energy to it sharply to bring in something unbelievably massive (while forcing it to create precipitation at the same time), she was bound to be even weaker.
"If this is the way you want it, I will oblige." Hail pelted off his armor, impeding him not... cold simply passed him by. His natural firebending abilities may have been taxed, but he still had something unique to his Clan... Swordbending, and the flames were strong within it.
Reaching behind him, into his cloak, the young man manipulated something within the confines of the tattered and scorched garment... producing two ear-splitting "click" sounds. Broken seals of restraint.
Gouts of fire exploded from his back like flaming wings, flapping once... twice... thrice, before swirling back around his forearms. They raced along his armor and straight to the tips of two mastercraft daikatana that were drawn a bit too quick to follow.
"Ye Huo Ren!" =Wildfire Blades=
He parried her blade with the left blade... still aflame and apparently under its own power. One of the properties of his family treasures... once charged with energy, they kept their element active for quite some time.
His left blade slid beneath and under her blade with a flick of his wrist, drawing back with great force in an attempt to disarm her (the fact that his swords are on fire would add to this effect). In the immediate time, his right arm moved independently... in a battle of blades, this match was his.
The right sword raced outwards, fiery tip pointing for her throat. If she didn't move, she'd notice that the blade did not strike forward to harm or take her life. Apparently Xio wasn't interested in that... but unless she countered, the flames would be uncomfortably close to her neck.
