She returned his grin. "I suppose I shall also take that as a compliment." For a stallion who seemed to like being by himself, he was very expressive. "There's more? Do tell." Her ears perked up with keen interest. "Perhaps you'd like to take a walk, Entreri?" She noticed he was fidgeting slightly. A stallion of action, was he? "About me? Hm. What do I like to do...?" She paused momentarily, wondering if Entreri was one of the impatient types. If he held out, she would tell him.

Entreri laughed. " sure a walk is better than standing around." he then gave a sly grin at her. "im not one to to tell everything about me." raising a brow as she paused momentarily, he supposed that she was testing how patient he was. and he could wait as long as he needed if he truely wanted to know. standing and waiting more so to walk than hear anything though he was in mild interest to know more about her.

"Then let us walk," she said, smirking at his sly grin. "And neither am I, Entreri." She thought over what it was she liked to do. Perhaps he would be bored to death, she mused. "You're certainly patient. I usually try to keep clean and perfect for any stallion that catches my eye. But that would be boring talk. As much as I hate to mingle with the common Soquili, I would do so to learn of anything interesting... like rumors." She flexed her wings a bit. "But perhaps I bore you now. What would you be willing to tell me, Artemis Entreri?"

ENtreri shrugged as they had started to walk. "i can be if i want to be." as he listened he was geting bored and not even mildly amused. " a pity your not as interesting as i hoped. and rumors have there perks it you catch then right ones and know the right soquili." pondering a moment he then smirked. " it really depends what you want to know. but please do pry to deep or you never know what might happen." knowing he had perked her interest, he hardly planned to reveal much about himself as he was one to keep alot of things about himself secert.

Shimshek frowned at him, her interest slowly becoming disinterest. "You're beginning to sound like Aruna. Have you ever met or heard of her? I had barely flown down here and I was nearly knocked over with rumors and gossip about her." Keeping secrets? Prying too deep? She was involved with a dangerous stallion, indeed...

Entreri laughed. "your the first i met so far since i came here. i have yet to poke about for rumors and find out if there true or not. interesting you would talk about hearing rumors of someone." his smirk widened to a dark grin. " mmhmm it best to watch what you try to find out about me, cause you never know what it might lead to." pondering about he saying she heard rumors about aruna, he just might have to seek her out as it seemed she might be interesting if there where so many spreeding rumors. the grin was still planted on his face as he contiuned to walk with Shimshek and think of how might he learn more about the soquili around him.

"I'm the first? Well, you're the first stallion I've met... ever." Shimshek's first few soquili "friends" were Inali and Aruna, whom she both held some small respect of. Aruna's famous snake-tongue was no rumor, as she had found out. "Perhaps I shall pry more, then, putting aside your warnings of danger." Her smirk widened as she glanced at him casually. "I may not know what it'll lead to, but maybe it'll be fun..." She didn't mind dangerous fun. There was no harm in it. At least, not in her point of view. "So, tell me, Entreri... what do you do, day to day?" she decided she'd start with a broad topic. She knew for a fact she was actually a fairly boring mare, but maybe a bit more excitement might stir this handsome stallion into telling her something. "Well, while you think on what you want to tell me, how about a race in the skies?" She loved flying, but hated the dirt that collected under her wings. She launched herself into the air. "Are you coming?"

Entreri stopped and had a dark glint in his brown eyes. " hardly something fun for you but maybe for me." ignoring her question and smirked at her callege of a race. he was never one to back from a challege or lose ether. lanching himself into the air, he knew that Shimshek being a pure wind may have an advatage. but he had the advatage of not only traning his boday on the groud but also his wings. " lets see if you can make this race interesting Shimshik and maybe then i may tell you something." taking of quickly, he wondered if she might be up for the challege she started with him.

"I should have a handicap considering all that training you must have done! If I win--and I plan to win--you must tell me something." She smirked at him. "One handicap. Give me a 5 second start... and don't you dare just count to three and then shoot off." She grinned to herself. Fun for her, yes. Quite fun. Pumping her wings, she took up speed, trying to find the right air draft to help speed her along.

Entreri grinned darkly again. " you on." counting to five, he watched her while doing so. he then shot off like a speeding bult right after her. having trained in the sky also, he was actualy quite fast in the sky and could match up in flight with any wind. almost caught up, he stayed a bit behind, wondering where she was planning to go.

Shimshek smirked mischievously, knowing full well Entreri could beat her in the air. Born of the Wind, she was--and she knew a few tricks of the trade. Spreading her wings, she rose higher and higher before closing her wings tight against her body, nose-diving like a lightning bolt toward the ground. Half-way toward earth, she opened her wings and made a wide sweep, rising into the air once more, now just a tag more ahead of Entreri. "C'mon!" she called, laughing for the excitement.

Entreri smirckered as she called out at him. he watched her dive down then come back up. diving down, then he did more than just that, he went spining in the dive and went closer to the ground than most ever would thing so.quickly he stopped the spin and pulled out of his dive only a few feet from the ground. still smirking, he attempted them to pull ahead.

She blinked when she found Entreri to be... well, not that far behind. Spotting the finish line, she called out to him. "That lake is the finish line!" Closing her wings, she nosed dived... straight into the water. She hadn't seen Entreri... did he make it past her into the water? Eyes closed tight, she used her legs to paddle up to the surface for some needed air.

Entreri had already gone diving right when she had said that the lake was the finish line. but instead of splashing into the water like she did, he managed to pull up a then circle the lake. landing lightly on the ground near the lake, he snorted as she had kept up with him and caused a tie. closing his wings to his side, it seemed he would have to train more.

Surfacing, she gasped as air entered her oxygen-deprived lungs. Seeing that Entreri graced the lake's edge with his presence, she climbed out, dripping cold and wet. Frowning at her reflection, she moved away and shook herself gently, to get excess water out. "I suppose this is a tie?" she asked, fanning herself with her wings to completely dry out.
