I have absolutely no idea what I would do without Mexican food. I already created big controversy in my family by declaring at easter that I was going to marry a Mexican so that he would cook for me. What an a say I am a scandalous person. Plus one of my good friends are Mexican... I told him i would marry him.... then he got excited and wouldn't let me leave his hug.... Mexicans are very good huggers... so I am basically set for life, I have my Mexican, I have their food, and I have their hugs... what more do you need?
