Amemone I like the new House of Wax it was good i didnt like Paris Hilton in it because she sucks at acting but otherwise its a good movie HAHAHA!! it was so funny *SPOILER* when paris got impaled by a pole*SPOILER OVER*

I wonder if this is going to be a good movie or not, I think I need to go and see it....but I really like horror movies so I will probably like it no matter how bad it is

OPShanks Well, this is now my favorite movie blaugh i loved it! and my favorite actors are in it (Paris is not one of them) LOL whee i thought the story was awsome too, how could you watch those old horror movie that are in black and white and like it better? I cant stand watching old movies like that! Please, please, please tell me you are joking. If you are not joking you have no respect from me what so ever. If you are NOT joking then I think you are pathetic, uncultured, and have no idea of what you are talking about. Plus, the original House of Wax was not in Black and White. It was in color and was in 3-D.

It really sucks to be a horror fan when you were raised on really crappy scifi...
Hence, I thought 13 Ghosts and Ghost Ship, though not great, were decent and entertaining movies.
Having clarified that, I'll probably like House of Wax, and laugh in glee, seeing Paris Hilton get what she deserves....

OPShanks ...how could you watch those old horror movie that are in black and white and like it better? I cant stand watching old movies like that! Wow, how did I miss this one? How dare you denounce a movie that you have obviously never seen before based on the time period it was made in and on what type of format (by the way, no version of House of Wax is in black and white) it was filmed on! See the original House of Wax, and perhaps I'll allow you to freely discuss those factors in a more clear analysis.

I heard the new House of Wax is a disgrace to the original. Heard that the new one was just a slasher flick basically.

If it has nothing to do with the original then why keep the title? It is a disgrace to the original because it kept the name. Also, are you sure it has zero to do with the original? I mean, you thought the original was in black and white. I don't think you've seen the original.
