Eva looked over at Kazuma "I'll go in if you go in with me, I've been wanting to explore it so badly, but i'm afraid to go by myself." She stared wide eyed at Kazuma hoping he'd go with her....and if not him, hopefully someone else.

He looked back at her and was about to protest, but when he looked her into her eyes she just seemed so innocent. "Umm.. sure I don't mind going in with you if you're sure about it", he said scratching the back of his head. Something was irking him to go and another part saying something would happen and it might be good or bad.

Eve smiled. She was excited she'd never been in an underwater cove before. She undid her sundress to reveal a plain black 1 piece swimsuit. Eva looked back at Kazuma he seems uncomfortable, it must be the watershe thought to herself. She tightened the string on her little trinket keeping bag and dove into the water. She lingered in the deep cool blue water as she waited for Kazuma, then dove deeper underwater to reach the cove.

He looked into the water watching the ripples where she dived in. He sighed opening his case and stripping to his trunks he kept his holsters on as he equipped his revolver as well not wanting to leave any valueables behind as he jumped into the water with a rather large pouch attached to his waist while wearing a netted vest. He quickly spotted her legs as she swam into the cove and followed after her. For someone who disliked water he swam pretty well.

The underwater cove was bigger than Eva imagined and it was breathtaking...she watched Kazuma get out of the water, she giggled a little since he reminded her of well one of those pictures of wet cats, except he wasn't exactly all cat, very nice looking, ands quite intriguing. She sat down and waited on Kazuma. She knew he didn't like water all too much and thought it was horribly sweet of him to go through all this trouble just for her curiosity to be satisfied, and she wondered where thier adventure would take them.

He sighed looking around the cave. It actually was quite spaciou inside, but he wondered how well she could see in almost complete darkness. He quickly shock his head a bit and opened hi pouch handing a flashlight to her and taking one for himself. "Always be prepared and what not.", he said to her scanning the area for anything interesting.

Eva smiled and got up, and took the flashlight from Kazuma. It was dark in the cave, not pitch black but dark enough to need a flashlight. Eva picked her velvet trinket bag up and looked around the cove. There was a small opening in the rock, just big enough for her and Kazuma to squeeze through. Eva peaked through the opening in the rock, it seemed safe enough. She climbed through the opening and waited on the other side for Kazuma. It was like a hallway, except kinda cavelike in appearance. She wondered if she'd find anything cool to add to her collection of various baubles and such. She also wondered if Kazuma was as excited about exploring the cave as she was.

As soon as he dried off a bit he quickly followed her. Being the curious cat he was he also took some samples off the wall. As he squeuzed through the wall he was amazed by the tunnel. what could have possible cause this.. he looked about waving his tail wondering if there might be anything dangerous here.

Eva walked down the tunnel, she marveled at the beautiful natural structure of it all. She came to a fork in the tunnel, waiting in Kazuma who seemed to be very alert, his ears twitching this way and that.
She walked down the tunnel to the left, the path became narrow and more rugged. It seemed to her that this tunnels wasn't taken very often, thus Eva climbed half the time and walked the other half.

He saw her wander uphead and quickly bounded up behind her, catching up easily. He quickly looked around again and decided that there was nothing there as he followed her lead along the tunnel. Running his hand across the structure of the tunnel he wondered what was waiting for them at the other end of the tunnel.

Eva began to hear the sound of running water, and saw light up ahead
that's impossible? light all the way down here? she thought She could understand the water, but not the light. As she finnaly reached the source of light she found out that they were glow worms.....oh how facinating they were, but oh how she disliked anything squirmy and slimey, much like Kazuma disliked water. Her eyes adjusted to the soft glow of the room like cavern to reveal a waterfall and a pool of freash water? how strange? fresh water in a cavern under the saltwater of the ocean...this place was full of plenty of surprizes. Eva wasn't prepared for what happened next....

"Ohhh that's so frickin' awesome", he said gleefully as he began to poke some of the glow worms and stared at them. He noticed the water fallwall as well and glanced back to take a look at Eva noticing the strange reaction on her face. "Mrow is something wrong", he asked her pulling out his revolver quickly. Oh damn, did she sense something nearby? Hmmm the water might be from and overhead lake or maybe the rocks and cracks the water had seeped through acted like a filter? Either way something wasn't right "Eva what is it?", he asked her quizically turning off his flash light his eyes immeadiately adjusting to the darkness. "Is it a enemy?", he asked her.

Eva shivered something was coming, she could feel the bad energy lurching towards her. All of the sudden something came out of the water and pulled her under. She screamed and fought, the monster but she just wasn't strong enough. All she could do was rely on Kazuma.

He was stunned by the sudden occurence. Seeing the hand grab her swiftly into the water. He quickly threw down his flsh light and dived into the water swimming siftly down to catch. Spotting her hand he quickly kicked against the water as he ignored it's chilling depths he aimed his gun and cocked the hammer. He fired a single tracer bullet nearby her hand so he could see what they were fighting against. It was hideous, it was if it had come out of some horrible experiment room. Quickly he swam faster quickly catching her hand he pulled himself downward kicking what appeared to be it's face. Seeing that it didn't even flinch to the blos he swiftly cocked the hammer of his gun again this time pointing it at the creature's arm or at least what appeared to be an arm. He quickly fired several rounds into the arm seeing them pierce right through it's body. He quickly hoslterd his gun and slashed through the creature's arm and began to carry eva towards the surface of the lake.

Eva felt the monster release her arm then she felt a hand, Kazuma's hand. He grabbed her, and his strong arms carried her to the surface. She had long sense lost her breath. All of the sudden everything went black.
