Nothing OVERLY powerful, just highly overused.
Every card has a weakness, even if it doesn't seem like it.

Well then what do you do when your opponent has all 5 peices of Exodia in his/her hand? You can't chain WINNING. stare

exodia is hardly ever played. i haven't seen an exodia deck in a year or 2.
over powered cards are yata, ced, bls, Necrovalley, The End of Anubis, macros cosmos.... i can keep going.....

What you do is stop it from happening in the first place. *ahem Don Zaloog* *ahem Deck Devastation Virus ahem*

All I'm saying is there's a line between "broken" and "too powerful".

The only card i thought was to strong was Chaos Sorcerrer and its is band now so its not a pain anymore, also i agree that nothing is really overly powerful just overused.

personally i dont think any card is to strong or that it should be banned. We pay the money that keeps the game going so we should be able to run at least one of every card.

Thats an interesting idea...well not quite what you said, but I just had a thought that there should be some sort of point system associated with banned cards. That way, you can have a certain number of banned cards in your deck, with a point value equal to a certain amount. This would stop people from using unreasonable combos, but still allow people to use some restricted cards biggrin

Of course, some cards would cost more points than others.
Hey! This could be a devision that you could use for a Guild Tournament. razz

yea a point system would be nice, but then again Chaos decks would be hig demand again...... damn swarmers over easy wins.

that is why i liked dueling during the legend of the blue eyes. becasue to win it took skill and everyone had different decks, but now its so easy to counter everything.

surprised We may be onto something!

We'll have to assign values to cards, and find out what the best max capacity in a deck should be 3nodding

Well thats why we would for example make Envoy and Emperor dragons a rank of 10 out of a max of 15. That way, they would have less of a chance to use other good cards if they chose to use one of the Chaos monsters biggrin
