V stoped as he found himself in the desolit area, it was compleatly unprotected and some outer lines and a few backaracks would do the Shades some good here. So V sent one of the shades back to gather a large group of shades and supplies to build some make shift bunkers into the ground. They would be made of wood then coverd with the soil from the land to make the bunkers look like little hills. They would be spread out all along the Bleached Overlook. The first part in tactical warfare was to set up a steady defence and move forward slowly expanding the grasp and renforcing front lines more so but still leaving reinforcements in the other area's. It was time to spread the slow steady grasp of security over these lands. For V it was to spread the slow setady grasp of death.

V smiled as he looked at the completed bunkers, they were almost perfect for blending in but the structure could only take so much. Although each bunker was placed in a natuale indent close to one of the Rough Path entrances. There were extra supplies and more shades to spare for new bunkers and other holding places. So V pointed down the path and told the shades to build more bunkers and to slowly spread their reach untill it was strong and steady around them. V then walked down the Rough Path.

The red robed monk staggered out of the camp and onto the outlook, two rooks and three bishops trailing behind him ominously. He paused for a moment to whistle at the reinforced defenses that had recently been put up before moving on.

As Stryphe and the three Knights approached the overlook, the Rough Trail was already in sight. All four headed straight for it, racing to the battle.

The trail was rough, but the Knights were rougher.
Stryphe was roughest, but that's a given.

Dust kicked up from the tread leaked over the side as Sun entered the Outlook, he paused for a moment, surveying the valley.
The ruins still smoked at the Lake from the battle there...would it be worth retaking the area?
Nah, ******** that, better off defending what we have and moving outwards in another direction after bolstering our defences.
