"Aye... We do, don't we?" She mused, shifting her laid out position a bit more, scooting closer to her once-predator, ears perking. "They stand on there hand paws ah wierd like!" Yes, she'd seen those wierd creatures called humans a few times. Never, ever, understood them. Now.. back to what intrested her more, atleast for the time being. "So why d'yeh like me?" THe thought had occured; Maybe it wouldn't be too bad to have such a creature attracted to her. Afterall.. He was fit, strong, and could beat the crud out of any male numbat that tried... And they were nearly the same size now!

He nodded as she spoke, looking down at his legs. How do they balance on just two? It didn't really make sense to him. But that for the moment was scratched at her question, ears perking for the moment as he looked up. "Why? You look nice! An' you gave a nice chase!" He answered happilly with a nod.

"Really?" her ears twitched, her tail swayed behind her. She slumped as some bird or some such moved the brush... Priorities. First, she had gotten herself a big guard-dingo. Next, they needed a den to hide in. 'Course walking might be good. "C'mon, we gotta get ourselves a den." She nodded, attempting to get on her paws and walk off to find something.. However, that failed, and she simply leaned foreward too far or too far back... So she didn't fall this time but... It was still completely awkward. Deciding that it wouldn't work, she lowered her rear end from the air, leaning back into the sit that she had done earlier.

He stayed on the ground as she tried to walk, chuckling a little as he rolled onto his stomach, starting to push himself up. But he was thinking in terms of his old body, and so, with new arms extended, his torso was all that raised, and his legs weren't really in a position to just lift him up like they used to. "Haew d'they even git up?" He growled lightly as he tried pulling his legs underneath him. Well, if nothing else he managed to get on what used to be his forepaws and knees.

"Dunno..." she snickered as she watched him fumble with his own standing, before trying to get herself the next stage up. She was sitting.. and thus, part way there. Or so she thought. "So then.. and.." she muttered to herself, shifting her weight and paws until she felt like she was in more of a pouncing position. With that... She figured she'd just stand up and do it. Easy enough! So she stood up, wobbled, and then stood... For about 5 seconds. Then her blaance failed her causing her to wobble, flail her arms and tail on instinct, then landed on the ground with a hard Thud and an "oomf"

In the time she had stood and fallen, he had gotten to his knees. It was halfway there, but sadly for him, he was at an impasse. He could get here, and balance fine, but how the hell did he get on his paws from there? He could try her way, but that... Didn't seem to have the best luck. But he might as well try, so he slowly slid one leg out from under him in an atttempt to stand and... Well, he promptly fell over, although thankfully in his case it wasn't from as high up as the numbat's. "Ah dinnae laike this."
