Brook nodded. "I'm sure it would dear sister." She said, evenly.

Jen rolled her eyes, and sat down. "We need to talk, and I'm not leaving here, until we do." Jen said, stubbornly.
Brook nodded, with agrivation. "Persistant aren't you?" Brook asked, calmly.
"Yea, well. You always knew I was." Jen said, calmly, before continuing on a conversation that lasted for a half hour.

"Good, then. I have to go." Jen said, calmly. "I've got to go see if my car was sent to the auto-shop from the hospital yet." She said, shortly.
Brook nodded and watched her sister leave.

Dan teleported into her living room. "Brook?" he yelled hoping she was home.

Brook was sitting at the computer in her room, typing up an attempt at Jen's obit. She wasn't a very strong writer, nor did she know her sister very well. She heard Dan and exitted out. "I'm up here." She called, sitting down on her bed.

He goes upstairs and sees her in her room. "I know you want to avenge your sisters death as much as I do, so how about the two of us work together." he said even though he didn't trust her but she knew how much he loved Jen

"I don't think so. Demon hunting is not my thing, that was Jen's thing and your thing, and I'm not replacing Jen in your coven. Uh-uh... thanks for the offer, but no." She told him skeptically.

"I'm not asking you to join my coven, i'm asking you for help to vanquish the demon that killed your sister and my girlfriend." he said looking into her eyes. "This is a one time thing." he said.

"I'm sorry. No." She said, flatly. Part of her wanted to help him, but she couldn't deal with more revenge. That was what brought her to Jen, revenge against their mom, but she realized that she cared about her baby sister.
She felt tears form in her eyes, and wiped them away. She had too much pride to be seen weeping. She sighed and shook her head. "I'm not going to help, if that's all you wanted you can go." She said, just as flatly as her first comment.

Brook tossed her head back and looked at the ceiling. "God, Jen." She said, feeling her eyes tear up and then feeling the tears roll back into her eyes because of the way her head was tilting.
"Why did I have to be there? Why couldn't I have saved you?" She wondered out loud. She blamed herself for Jen's death. She should've sensed and known what she was coming into, but she trusted her sister, and that ended up killing her.

Brook hung up the phone and changed into her usual outfit when she was going into the underworld, something sexy and dark colored. She conjoured her cross bow and dark orbed out.

They dark-orbed in. Dan looked at Brook "What the hell are you thinking." he said to her.

"You killed? I'm looking out for me since the ONE person that I care about is gone." he said. "I could care less about you Brook cause you said it yourself you won't help. SO DON'T." he added as he opened the front door and slammed it shut.
