Hm...
Zaaae, I've got a better idea. Since this is (technically speaking) IHD's first game, maybe you could pick from the applicants who you think are the best (plus have the writing quality needed for a game master), then simply let them take turns, in order decided by the RNG? Then we won't all weep about our loss of IHD. 3nodding
