Troy was kind of a novel villian. He was like... a Silverberg with more... fighting capabilities. Not with limp noodle arms like Caesars... and with brains like his too. And he wasn't even evil, either. Not like that Luca Blight (who would be kind of hot if he wasn't so messed).
Yeah... I guess Troy was kind of (wait for it... don't get so excited now, you can sit back down) sexy.

I guess Troy was kind of (wait for it... don't get so excited now, you can sit back down) sexy. Yeah, most of the time it seemed as though Troy wanted to avoid violence and bloodshed. You'll never see Luca do that. I think that Childerich is even more evil and twisted then Luca is. For example, Childerich used his own men as human shields.

But Childerich did attack innocent civilians. Remember he told his army to kill all the townspeople so they wouldn't open the gate again?

He doesn't exactly shout "No! Don't sacrifice your lives. I'll gut these bastards like fish!" does he?

The massacre of the Highland Unicorn Brigade was the pivotal point of the Dunan Unification War, duh. And, admittedly I know jack-s**t about anyone in Suikoden V (I live in the UK and am about to pre-order Suikoden V from Amazon as it comes out on the 1st of September) but, as you said, Luca as the reputation to do such a thing. And practically did when it came to the HUB massacre.

I almost positive that if Luca was given the right oppertunity that he would of used his men as shields.
I guess you could kind of say he did when you night attacked him, but that was more his men protecting him...
Atro - no.. i hate Gizel.. he's... i cant explain it.. but i don't like him at all

I think if Luca needed human shields, he wouldn't hesitate to do so. But remember that part where all his jolly Highland soldiers shielded him when Shu was all like: "ARROWS AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!" If Luca's life is in danger, his men probably have to act as shields.
