Zhas licked Shikon after Tsume layed him down beside his brohher. She nuzzled them bothg affectionatly. "Zephyr left to hunt for himself" Zhas explained to Tsume "He leaves when I return from hunting myself." she smiled at him. "Are you waiting for the black female you know?" Zhas asked currling around her pups.
Orion nosed Shikon and cuddled up to him and his mother for warmth. HE winned. Orion sniffed the air making sure to take in everyone's sent he knew this was his family.

Tsume nodded his head slightly, not bothering to look back at his mate. He had his gaze set across the vast desert before him, trying to find the black female that had bee following him. He sighed slightly before laying down on the stone ground.
Shikon snuggled up closer to his brother to keep warm.

"If she can surrvive out here with you she will be fine on her own." Zhas told him. She didn't need to worry about that back wolf. Zhas was sure of it. She would be fine especially if Tsume taugh her how to survive. Zhas continued to stay protectively over her two sons. She was glad she had found this cave out in the mountain kept he rand her family sheltered.
"Were did you go for so long?" she asked him curiously
Orion had fallen asleep comfortably beside his mother and brother.

Tsume flicked his ears slightly before turning his gaze back at his mate. "I went in search of somebody. I never found him, but I know he is still out there...somewhere," he told him mate in a soft voice.
Shikon yipped quietly at his mother before putting his head down on his paws and falling asleep, too.

"You will find him" she said nodding. Least Tsume had returned to her, she was thankful for that. Zhas looked down at the two sleeping pups and smiled. "Arnt they hansome" she said looking up at her mate lovingly. 'They will grow strong and proud. I know they will."

Tsume pinned his ears back a little bit more and nodded his head. "They will grow into strong, handsome wolves and produce handsome pups of their own someday. But...for now, they are helpless and small. I best better keep an eye out for them when they learn to hunt for their own meals."

Zhas smiled proudly at her two young sons. "That they will." Zhas agreed then she chuckled "You best do that, they will make good strong leaders when we are old and become elders." she smiled tenderly as they slept she listened to their rythmic breathing. "Orion and Shikon my sons" Zhas said quietly.

Tsume nodded his head slightly before getting up and returning to his mate's side. Slowly, he sat down next to her and gazed down at his sleeping sons. "I hope they aren't too much of a handful for Raven. Several more wolves joined our ranks. I hope they can survive in this desert."

Zhas nodded to Tsume "We can return our pack to the way it once was." She had noticed some new wolves lurking about the packlands "Least they have chosen to become part of our pack." she muttered. Zhas nuzzled her mate why lay at her side "They will survive." she said voice full of determination. Zhas was determined not to let her two pups die. She wouldn't let them, they would grow strong.

Tsume nodded his head. "Also, a motherless pup wandered in, too. Raven is taking care of her right now. I hope that the green wolf survives through the summer." He sighed when Zhas started nuzzling him and he nuzzled her back, his eyes still fixed on his two sons. 'I will make sure they will grow up,' he thought to himself sternly.

"The pups mother must have been claimed by darkness or abandoned her to die." she thought sadly looking at her own pups with love she sighed sadly poor thing. She would never let her two sons suffer that Zhas would never abandon or disown them. She and her mate would always be there and protect them.

Tsume yawned slightly and slid his body down on the ground. Slowly, he rested his head on his mate's shoulder and let his eyes close slightly, his tail curling around his hindquarters. "It is good to be back home," he whispered to Zhas.

Zhas smiled comfortably as Tsume layed his head on her shoulder. She layed her head down on her forepaws still currled protectively around her twin sons. "I am glad you are back."
Zephyr landed on the tree outside silently fully fed.

Tsume nodded his head slightly and yawned just a little bit. "It seems like I've been gone longer than I thought. I think it is time to get this pack back into shape and start looking for ones that don't have a pack and offer them a chance to join ours," he told his mate quietly, hoping that she would agree with him. Their pack may have gotten a couple new packmembers, but it still wasn't big enough for him to be pleased with it. In his eyes, the pack was still too small for his taste.

Zhas smiled and had to agree "You were away for such a long time." a hint of remorse in her voice. During that time she had been alone with her two pups and she missed her mate deeply. Zhas nodded "That would be good bring up our numbers" although she worried about the more wolves there was the less food there would be for her sons, she would manage somehow she knew. "This pack is small." she then added "But strong and it will get strongerl."
