Yes, it is. But you see...uhm...my people don't live in dorms- they either wander the streets or have apartments in Shibuya. It's huge. And it links to like...EVERYWHERE, including Hanyuda by bus. Magical Mystery Shibuya.

I've already started putting buildings and stuff in Shibuya, it's all kinda reserved and stuff- but y'know...eventually it'll be cool.
