Kai looked up in the direction of Rei's voice. He stared at the door contimplating his next move. Not that hard really. Stay in here or stay in here. he shrugged and went back to staring at his cupboard's wall.

He waited for a moment before opening the cupboard door, poking his head out, shouting, "Hn!" and closing the cupboard door again.

He wasn't comming out anytime soon.

kasei walked into the huge lounge room "nice place got here" she said to tyson "ah well it's kai's of course but you know" he said scratching the back of his head "well um maybe you should take a seat and wait for kai to come down" tyson said quite unsure of his words, at this kasei laughed "oh come on tyson you know kai better than that!" she looks up at the stairs "kai isn't coming down those stairs any time soon... i came here just to have a good time with you guys and to hope for a miracle but that's not happening" kasei looks down at the floor sad with nara by her side sharing the pain "it's been a long time since i saw kai and that was only to bet my a** beat by dranzer" she takes out her blade from a band around her leg warmer "wild sorax didn't stand a chance against dranzer"

" "Hn" isn't an answer Kai, it's not even a word. I said get your a** out here." Rei turned the doorknob to Kai's room and opened the door a fraction, "I'm coming in Kai, you better at least be dressed." Rei walked into Kai's room slowly and looked around, his room was pretty much perfect everything had its place and was kept in prestine order but there was a serious lack of Kai around.
Now where is he hiding? "Kai I know your in here!"

Rei sat down on kai's bed, slightly agitated that the russian was being so damn difficult. He looked at his watch, wow i wonder if tyson has found the post-it i left on the fridge yet. Rei thought as he remember to hide the food in the back fridge instead of in the kitchen, he was sure that his guests would like to eat while they were here. He thought it was quite ingenious of him, the post-it read "better luck next time ^^" he could just imagine the look on tyson's face now.

Rei got up off his bed and walked over to the wardrobe.
"I know your in there kai," he said as he sat down cross legged next to the door against the wall, "will you at least come down for a few minutes."

((*eyebrow twitches* God modding....))

The Kai plushie in the cupboard Tala had opened fell over with a mournful squeak. Max's present had been uncovered.

Kai stayed silent in the wardrobe, considering Rei's request. "You know I don't like parties." He said quietly, not making any move to leave his dark safe-haven. "It'll be better if I'm not there."

He sighed and relaxed against the back of the cupboard. "I'm not coming out."

Kasei went into the kitchen following tyson "now the food should be ri---" tyson stopped mid-sentence as he saw the note rei had left on the fridge "damn rei" kasei looked at tyson when he said this "oh come on tyson it was for the good of the people" tyson turns around mad at first but then he laughs "yeah you're right." "KASEI!!" kasei turns around just to be knocked over by a green and orange blur with blonde hair "why maxie how ya been?" max still on top of her smiles "i've been great! amazing i still remember you even after all this months passed, you were the one that gave kai a good run for his money"

Rei looked up at who had poked him, "hello red, kai's in here i have been trying to get him to come out, he's a stubborn little so and so." Rei turned his attention back to the cupboard, "i wonder if you'll run out of air kai?" Rei wondered if a scare tactic might work. He was running out of ideas.
