hey i think that people should wait intill they are ready spitualy to have relationship with each other. they should start out as friends then let it grow to a relationship.
This is my problem with that... I have waited for people like that before and I can honestly say that it never worked for me. I have to tell some one RIGHT AWAY that I like them if I truly do, because otherwise they think that I just want to be friends and they force themselfs not to like me.
Now if I tell them how I feel and we work off of that, then it works a lot better.
Although, I am speaking in general terms. This may not happen to you if you go to date another Christian.

lol, I got a horrible answer when I went ot ask a girl out, too! I was told that "Maybe" was the worse answer but I proved that wrong. Any competitors with "Yoou have to ask my parents"?
Maybe... Ugh... The 2nd worst thing you want to hear when asking some one out.
I've gotten the "You need to meet my parents first" scenario a couple times now and I will tell you this: IT SUCKS!!!!

The girl that I like right now is a growing Christian, but she sublimitaly told me that I had to meet her dad first. Her mom kicks major tush!
xd Although, her dad is very sarcastic and he seems like he is being serious when he is actually joking.
the first time I met her dad, I was visiting her house for the first time as well, I was helping her organize and stack book that they had left out to collect dust.
I talked to him for about 15 seconds and then we went our own ways for most of the day.
I had to go home and do a few chores of my own at one point, so I left, but before I left, I accidentally put a glass of ice tea that Her mom made for me (Bless her heart! I love her already!
xd heart ) on their piano bench!
neutral gonk I came back an hour later and helped finish the book shelf and then wasted time until dinner (Once again, her mom is awesome and made me saty for dinner!
xd ). I sat next to her dad at that point, but only a minute into dinner he mentioned that "Jessica" (That is the girls name, in case you are wondering) had left the tea on the bench and ruined it.

rolleyes ), but then at that instant I fessed up so that she didn't get in trouble and then I was on his bad side for most of the night.
crying Jessica voulanteered me to help clean out the Garage.
confused sweatdrop So, I agreed. I ended up staying for another 4 hours on top of the 4 that I had already been there.
After a while, I gained his favor and then he gave me the speech (He isn't an idiot. He knew that I was there for a reason. I like her.

He knows that I am a good kid and I passed the Trial by fire!
xd That is my ultimate story for the first time I have really loosened up in this guild.
