My favorite is mewtwo strikes back in japanesseee with english subtitles (fansubs, gutta love them, although, only half of the movie worked, but I saw clips of the other half of the movie on youtube). Mewtwo Strikes Back in japanese is soooo much better, no corny music, and it's a lot deeper than the english version is.

POKéMON The first movie, all the way.
Agreed. Though...2000 comes pretty close too, for me...but the first one is still my favorite by a longshot.

That's a hard one for me because I love them all!*Steals cousins pokemon movies and hugs them and watches them* Though I'll have to say Mew and teh Wave Guiding Hero and Jirachi Wishmaker are my faves because they were good. Though, I like the 2000 movie because it aired on my birthday this year on HBO Family! Gah, it's too hard to decide! crying
