::his face turning a bit flusher as he slowly walks around the room staring into each of their eyes as he slowly makes his way back around and to the podium::
"What we need are Ideas! we need to get him back! we aren't just going to sit here and say aww Well screw it, s**t can't be done. NO!!!!!! we WILL find a way to get him back, we WILL make these bastards pay for this, and ..."

"I've heard that in some therapy treatments to help against addictions, when a person learns that pain is inflicted everytime their addiction of choice is mentioned or they try to go back to it, they stop...
