Alpha: the woman was smirk to herself behind the large reflective lenses she wore, the pristine white coat trailing slightly behind her as she walked. Ah yes, not quite recognized as a genius yet, but soon they would all seen. Pink here didn't mean she was as dumb as those blond bimbos, nor should she be treated as one. She'd show those people who'd dare to laugh in her face at the ideas she came up with. Even if it took a long time to do it.

However, today was the beginning of that.

shifting the weight in her arms carefully, though trying not to wake the bundle she had, Alpha strode along toward the adress she'd looked up. Some jerk she'd remembered from the meeting.. Marcus... something or other. She'd looked it up, it really wasn't too important. What was, was the child and the note she was carrying. Ah revenge was sweetest when you rubbed it in their face and it lasted longer. In this case she would prove that she'd done as she dreamed and she left him with a child he had to care for. Two birds with one stone in her opinion.

Stepping quickly up to the door she shifted the bundle to balance it in one arm before rapping quickly on the door with her now free arm.

Marcus: The said people who dared was busy as always, tapping in code, there... Enter.
There was an abrupt power surge, as wires poped open to spray sparks of elecricity, before the system had a chance to automatically cease it's commands. Marcus quickly sheilded his face from the spray, which then stopped, the power returned, and the genious let out a sigh.

His own invention only seemed to be hit and miss... Always missing one something he couldn't figure out. But whatever that something was, he wasn't going to find it with a bungh of burst wires... So, he heaved himself from his swivel chair, grabbing the nearby welding gloves, and proceeding to ever so carefully start to dislodge the wires. He bit into his lower lip as he tried to sift out the broken from the good without damaging his precious machine's hardware... Careful... Careful.

Bam Bam!

Marcus jumped, ripping the wires from their safe haven as the noise on his door echoed through the fairly silent apartment. "Shiiiit...." He growled lightly at the now ruined section... Deep breaths, count down from ten... He coaxed himself to be calm as he moved to the door, opening it with a slight smile.

What little smile was there left his face as he stared at.. some.. person. he'd been expecting a mail package, not some pink-haired lady in a labcoat. Quirking a brow, he questioned simply "Can I help you?"

Alpha: As soon as the worlds 'Can I help you' left the man's mouth she simply thrust the package at him. Oh it might not have been a mail package, but it was a parcel for him. She only took a moment to withdraw her hands so that if he didn't take it, it would drop. Then, althought the man didn't know it, he'd owe her money... Or a body to test on. Just as good. "Told you." She chimed for only a moment before snagging the doorknob on the outside of the door. With a self satisfied grin as she shoved her glasses up back into place she slammed the door on his face.

Oh yes, that definitely felt good. Getting a bit of payback on some jerk who laughed at her was definitely good, and she'd still get all the updates because she'd left a letter with the child. That outlines the policies and that if he didn't take care of the child and bring it for meetings, how she'd show up with something far worse. With all of that in mind she quickly made her way down the steps and off down the sidewalk briskly. Within what seemed moments she was well out of sight of the man and on her way back ot the lab.

Her lab, now it would be famous. Alpha's Lab... Hmm, how the tables did turn...

Marcus: He was definatly taken aback as something was shoved into his hands, something with ears and pink hair. He almost did drop it, but the realizationt hat it was alive hit him fast enough which made him grapple with gravity to hang onto the child. "What the--" His door slammed on him, smacking him in the nose and forehead form the way he'd been bending to keep from dropping the child. He stumbled backwards, tripping on his own mess of mechanical junk that had been strewn about. Landing on his back with a loud "Oof!"

The little "parcel" was now definatly awake, and rahter unhappy from the suddenlly rough handling. It gave a tiny whine, and a few hiccups as a warning sign the water-works were a comin'.

"Whoa whoa...!" Marcus's eyes went wide, as he scrambled to get to his feet and rush to the door. Tossing the child into one arm, he whipped the door open. "I think you ahve the wrong hou--" He trailed off. She was gone. Crap.

He paused, noticing the small letter... and just now seeming to realize what this child was as he held it awkwardly under one arm. Pink hair.. Obviously insane. And a pokemon child, no doubt it was that lunatic from so long ago... he'd almost completely forgotten about her...

The eevee child squirmed, getting more uncomfrotable nad cranky every second he was being held wrong. His lip quivered, before the switch flipped and the damn burst open.

Marcus's eyes went wide, slamming his door shut again to ever so awkwardly cradle the little baby... thing. "Shh... Shhhh." he urged, oh man he'd just been screwed...
