I mean, I have a few little fights with my friends in real life, but we never hold grudges... So, it's the same online. I might get into a few fights, but I'd never say anything mean or hold grudges.
*... know your fair? Umm, well I'm not sure I can be unfair. I mean, if you were unfair, then you'd be mean to others, and I'm not allowed to be mean to others, so... I can say I am fair.

*... handle the pressure? Well, depends what kind of pressure. I don't like it or handle it well if any one's yelling me or forcing me to do something, but I suppose if you ask me nicely to do something quickly, I'll try and do the best I can.

I used to role play on a board, but it was going really slow, so when my friend, .fanta-chan., told me about Gaia, I joined. From there I browsed through the role playing guilds and found this one! ^.^ I just love how active this place is! I can't type that fast and sometimes I miss a few posts, but I'm sure I could keep up.

I owned my own RP guild before I had quit Gaia it had many problems with one liners, god moding and even cybering so I had to be on Gaia at least 7 hours a day to fix these problems.

I'm a pretty fair person generally all around and although i am only 16 i am very mature for my age and manage to hold down a very nice job at my local theme park, which involves lost of responsibility and the ability to deal with issues, since i run rides and the shop on the odd time.
... not mess up the stickies and go power-crazy? I've been a guild mod and vice captain before and i didn't touch the stickies without permission ^.^ And I'm pretty sure i wasn't power crazy, though i did make some suggestions to help the guild through its dull spot.

Fair dues i had to leave for a couple of months when exams were on but i lurked around still popping in the odd time, i mean i have so far 4 Oc's here and i dont intend to ditch them any time soon.

Besides like mentioned before im pretty mature when it comes to things like grudges and tend not told hold them, unless it against some evil boss one of my favorite games.

... keep up with this fast and growing guild? Hey if i manage to lurk and keep up with the general i can keep up with anything. Jokes aside I've been at Ria for a while now thanks to people like Magus and Outlaw_elf introducing me and I've stuck around since then so I've managed to keep up so far.

I'm sure i could help Ria high grow in any way i can possibly help with, infact as an example I'd very much like to help out with the profiles and edit page stretching pictures into links or even make then smaller and host them my self; i hate it when the page stretches. And I'd love to help plan/organize an event it would give me a chance to meet new Ria high members in a interesting situation and organize something of my idea or help with someone else's; which i enjoy as i like working in groups.

... know you don't hold any personal grudges against anyone? Well, I don't normally hold grudges, and if I do, I will never show it toward them. I always try to be fair with things and find the good things about everything, even if there are none.
... know your fair? I would have to say that you would have to have known me a pretty long to to actually know this, but I suppose the best way to know I was fair is that I, most of the time, don't use my own personal judgement when I have to make a decision involving others, and I, typically, get bothj sides of the story before any unfair decision is made.
AND CAN YOU?
... handle the pressure? I am pretty laid back about things. I try not to sweat the small stuff, and unless it is a huge school test, I normally wouldn't have to much pressure put on my shoulders.
... keep up with this fast and growing guild? I am normally in the know about things, and when I am not, I get the scoop. I am good with keeping up with things that happen, and things that shouldn't be happening, so I most likely can. smile
... help make events and help Ria high grow? Indeed! I have a most, creative mind, so I easliy come up with things. I have many ideas on how to make a fast growing guild all as much fun as possible. I just make sure it is okay with others before I take an action! blaugh

... ensure a complete safe community: HEck yes! You protect the things you love.
... keep a fair and safe attitude: Yup. I believe crew members must be this in order to be effect.
... not mess up the stickies and go power-crazy: Yup. I've been crew to two other guilds and I own one. Never went power crazy.

... do what you are issued by your crew members, vice-captain and captain Kurai; Of course. If you will talk I will listen and do.
AND HOW WILL I?
... know your trustworthy? CHeck with other sources. I am a crew member in two other guilds and I own my own guild. You normally have to be trustworthy for the first one.

... know you will stay in Ria high: I would never leave a guild I am heavily invloved in unless it gets so bad. I meanm really bad. EVen then I would still try to help

... know your fair: Again I am crew for two guilds and I own one. You dont be crew for being unfair and people dont stay in your guild if you are unfair. When Fights break out I try to get everyones side. I never judge unless i know one person has a history of doing that thing. Even then I'll try not to judge.
