"Oh you helped all right," she snarled, "Just look at what you did to my shoes!" Her voice low and husky as she moved in for the kill. She grabbed the edge of his collar, pulling him close, but not enough to wear his grime and filth could touch her pretty skin. "You had better watch what you're shoveling into your mouth next time. Got me?"

The sudden contact was too much, and Newt's parinoia rolled back into action, Sabin's words still implanted into the back of his head as an inarguable truth, "D-DON'T T-TOUCH ME!" He scrambled, pushing her away in a frightened panic so he could pull his mask on as tightly as he could. He wasn't sure if she was a subject or not, but if he was to be contaminated again- but the slap earlier! He had touched her! With his bare skin! Now he'd done it! His face paled, although it was still also undeniably green.

"You touched me first!" She screamed in a furry before he pushed her. She had not been expecting that, she fell backwards and onto her a**, right where she had dropped the broom earlier. She huffed and picked it up, scrambling back up and throwing at him.
"Stupid jerk!" she yelled, the best insult she could think to come up at a time like this.

Newt gave another cry as he was suddenly hit by his own broom and fell backward as well, "I d-duh-duh-didn't m-mean any h-harm!" he moaned, "I w-was j-just cluh-cluh-cluh-cleaning up! Like I"m sup-supposed to do!"

"I don't care what you were trying to do!" She spat angrily, hands finding their way back onto her hips. She was mad. Her shoes were now ruined, her hair was all over the place and slightly frizzed from the ordeal, and she still had that nasty bile after taste in her mouth. So she had every damn reason to be mad.
And yet....
"Fine," she said, softening just a bit. She didn't exactly feel bad for the guy, but she did want the issue resolved. "I guess it's okay, just....just try to pay attention to what you eat in front of people, mmkay..." she frowned some, "What is your name anyway?"

He had curled into a defensive ball int he corner, arms up over his head to sheild himself after his own broom had been thrown at him, trembling slightly as he gave a little sob, "Nuh-nuh... nuh... I'm.. Nuh.. nnn...." His stutter had fed upon his anxiety, growing feirce and stronge and made it impossible for him to get any proper word out that wasn't monosyllabic.

Sighing at the display and deciding it'd go easier if she helped him a little, she pulled up a delicate hand and began to count off on her fingers, "Nathan...Nick....Niel.....Ned.....Newt...."

"Nnn-nnn-" He sniffed, tears still streaming from his eyes as he pointed a web finger at her affirmitavly. Which name he meant, it was unclear, but she was close, evidentally.

She blinked once. She didn't really stay once the tears started rolling, comforting people was out of her element and frankly she had no desire to do so. "It's Newt?" When she couldn't really get anything more out of him she merely decided to stick with it, deciding it would object or well stutter some more if that wasn't it.
"Okay, look Newt, you grossed me out, slapped me and...I puked all over the floor, which you now have to clean. So why don't we just call it even and you can go," she frowned and raised an eyebrow. Feeling another wave of disgust wash over her, "....wash yourself up. How does that sound?"

"Didn't mean to..." And once again she found herself counting on her fingers, "Piss me off?...slap me?...eat a bug?....be digusting?...what?" she sighed, "You know what? Nevermind." After seeing the man bumbling around she just wanted to get out of there and take a hot shower to clean herself up. Perferably as fast as humanly possible. That was until an idea came into her twisted little head.
"Alright Newt," she said coyly, crossing her arms over her large chest. "I'll forgive you and you can stop apologizing...but on one condition.."

Maryke wasn't stupid, far from it. It was evident what kind of power this man would let people have over him, and she was used to getting that kind of power. Granted, hers was in a different form and the game was played differently, but still. She inched closer and closer to him, knowing how fearful he had been earlier when they had touched. When she had gotten just mere inches from him she grinned wickedly.
"You owe me one," she said, voice low and heavy, "From now on, you're in debt to me..... a favor if you will. I don't know what just yet, but rest assured. I will collect."

His prominent adam's apple bobbed as he swallowed thickly, eyes trembling almost as terribly as his green face, "I... I h-have a n-noteboard... on my... my d-door if... if you ever n-need my... my survaces..." He managed, "J-just... ah... L-leave me a nuh-note?"
