1. In ep. 33 when Ino is in Kin's body and Kin gets hit Shikamaru is worried about Ino when she starts bleeding.
2. In ep. 107 Ino criticizes Chouji on his weight and then Shikamaru comes and tells Chouji that guys like girls who are slightly plump and that if Ino gained some weight then she's be even prettier. This proves that he sees her as a girl and not just as a teammate.
3. I think ep. 146 when Shikamaru catches Ino when she gets thrown back by Fuujin and Raijin then asks if she's ok.

Those are my favorites. But you see I dont see ShikaxTema would truely work out. -.-. lolx. Again me thinking. And they kind of make it look like a better pairing. Ino and Shikamaru both show the "oh great..." look when they are put on the same team. Ino starts acting super nice and actually shows interest in Shikamaru, towards the new arc's in the show where she kind of realizes that SasxSak are better together. ShikaxTema would be an obvious pairing, and we all know Masashi Kishimoto loves making you think that something is going to happen, but then change it.
