Cena saw what happened to the ref and went for the kick to the stomach, as Ellis was coming to him. If the kick connected, Cena would go for the FU.

*The FU connects and Ellis lays on the mat shook up and realizes that his first match is over via disqualifacation and is upset at himself and waits till Cena exits and then he takes that walk of shame to the backstage*
