Do you honestly think the sniper/ck thinks that far into their clues? I am not a mod can be meaning they are not a mod, as in purple, green, orange, helper, etc. Or as your interpritation, Guild Mod. I doubt they even planned on Guild mod being a definition, thus any thoughts that being a Guild Mod makes you any less suspicious is void.

Still debating about the clues, I see. For starters, you can throw the "I'm not a mod" clue out now that we've caught the killer (that's who the clue was for).
The sniper clue says that they don't have a position in the Gaia Online forums. At face value, this means that they can't be a mod (the purple/green/teal ones, but that doesn't matter since there aren't any mods actually playing) or a forum helper (Nifi's the only one I know of). If you extend this to guilds, you can rule out guild capains and guild mods. It's as simple as that.

But guilds != forums. they specifically said Gaiaonline Forums, as opposed to just Gaia, so I presume guild mods and captains don't count.

Which is why they're so frustrating when your trying to eliminate people. XD
