Spartan-42O Ok got it: No religious zealot acts (not that i would anyway) Nice clothes No kiltsThat about it? Well actually, I know a guy who occasionally comes to services in a kilt. His family is part Scottish, and his tallit (prayer shawl) is in his family's plaid. He first wore the kilt for his bar mitzvah, with the matching tallit. It's awesome blaugh For you though, no kilt.

Spartan-42O ok... how long would the service last? do we need yamikas (sp?) ? BTY it is a reform church. It's not a church, it's a synagogue or temple. xd The time span depends on what day you're going. If it's a Friday night, the usual length is an hour. Saturday mornings are little bit longer, ranging anywhere from two hours to four hours. However, this temple could be different. You're welcome to call their office and ask. :3 Oh, and yamulkes are provided. You don't need to buy or bring one unless you want. :3

The yalmulke should sit a little back on your head, so the top is only partially visible from the front. Otherwise, you will just look silly.

It really depends on what denomination you are going to be visiting. If orthodox: girls: wear long skirts um...The thing about the kippot was good. Be respectful.

I said earlier- I know a guy who has worn a kilt to synagogue! It matches his tallit and it is the awesomest thing ever. The only problem we have is girls wearing really short skirts that somewhat resemble kilts in that they're plaid.
