Hehe, I bought that movie. I was watching Nausica yesterday but I fell asleep from jet lag. There's a new Miyazaki movie coming out. Its like Tales of Eurasia.

Hehe, Castle in the Sky! Actually, I don't really like it as much as his other movies. I can't pick a favourite out of his movies though.
Nausica is pretty good. I really like the story and the creatures are really cool. A turn off may be that Shia LaBeouf or whatever is in the movie.

I hate watching dubs with tv anime shows but sometimes they get better. Like for Inu, at the beginning it was horrible and didn't fit the character but later on the voices changed and were better. You could really tell when you watched a recent episode and compared it with the first few epsiodes. I think that's happening with Naruto but it could be that I'm getting used to it.
I like watching the Miyazaki ones with dubs since those are actually good. Disney pays them good money so they can earn more money. The tv show ones don't get as much money so the voices aren't as professional.

that and disney has the excess capitol to spend on getting actual actors to do them. but i just shudder when i watch the dub of anything >,< even though now i can stand watching like fma and cowboy bebop as dubs. cause they werent bad at all.

Same here. I think the best dub was Cardcaptors though. All the characters had really good voices that fit them.

Really? Have you seen it in Jap? That's probably why. I know someone who watched Gundam in Jap and told me the dub sucked. I thought it was okay. My friend loved the show Tokyo Mew Mew or whatever and she said the dub was horrible. I hate really high voices so I don't watch that show.
