She eyed him critically a moment, wondering whether or not she should accept his offer. Something in her gut made her feel she wouldn't trust him as far as she could throw him, but her more defiant and adventurous side eventually squashed the thought. If she could have heard the thoughts going on inside his mind, however, she'd have turned her back on him then and there.
"All right," she said, slowly moving to stand, although it gave her only a few extra inches to his height. She didn't even stand higher than his shoulders. "Show me something interesting."

"Well alright then." -His grin widened even further, and before she knew it his teeth nipped at her, slinging her in one quick motion upwards, before stepping up into the air, settling her between his shoulders. As they lifted quickly above the ground he wondered if he'd hear words of complaint at first from the fiesty young one?
After all, this WAS kind of like kidnapping.-

She squealed, and rightly so, when his jaws grabbed at her and threw her up in the air. She wondered what in the blue blazes he was playing at, throwing her around like that, but oddly enough, never for one second did she think he was going to hurt her. Funny, that.
The first words out of her mouth - after she'd landed and righted herself, finding the easy balance of one who was rather used to standing in the same position on others - were "Watch what you're doing, you big oaf!" She looks over his shoulder, down at the ground and safety below, but she was far from scared. Silly girl. "And where, exactly, are you taking me? It had better be somewhere good. If this is the 'interesting' thing you wished to show me, I'm thus far unimpressed." Oh, yes, she had fire when she cared to show it. But this was more than what she'd usually say, however, and slight nerves contributed to it. She wasn't afraid; this was just higher than she'd ever been before.

-He ignored her nagging and whining with a mild smirk, simply glad in the fact that he didn't have little nails or teeth dug in his back at the moment. But in the back of his mind he knew very well it might happen eventually, as they moved further from her home.
He pondered softly for an interesting sight.. trying to think of someplace nearby.. but likely far enough that the young one hadn't traveled off on her own. Taking to the sky even higher he headed off, watching the misty lands slowly fade away beneath his feet.- "I don't know exactly. Getting there is half the fun."
"Any place you'd like to go?"

She turned her head to watch her homeland grow smaller and smaller, trying to puzzle out the feelings the sight brought about. On one paw, she felt somehow... liberated. She'd never quuite been able to make herself walk far enough across the borders to actually consider it crossing them, but now, they were far past them. It felt... good, in a way.
On the other paw, she'd never been past the borders. There was no way she'd know her way back from wherever he took her, if he decided to leave her there. Not that she really thought he would, but she couldn't be sure. After all, she'd only just met this God. And if she was left to somehow wander her way back, she'd definitely miss her family. They were all she knew. She might even miss Feddy, if she got homesick enough. But she supposed it wouldn't do to worry about it much more. All she recognised was getting smaller and smaller in her sight even as she watched it.
Forcing herself to look away, she murmurs, "You shouldn't pluck a flower from her home, Lim." But he can no doubt hear the smile in her voice, even if he can't see it.
She settles herself into as comfortable a laying position as she can, idly batting around the white ponytail of his mane. Honestly, this girl's moods and emotions change at lightning speed. Now she seems perfectly comfortable with him, laying on him as she would Liza. "I've always wanted to see the Pridelands. I've heard a lot about it. And the mountains, too." [I love Ny. XDD]

-A contented feeling settled over him as she settled on his back, laughing softly at her words.- "A flower only grows so brightly pinned and stuck to the ground of it's homeland."
"But pluck it and set it free to wander the land and it truely glows, spreading it's beauty for everyone to enjoy."
-He fidgeted a little at the soft sensation of her batting and play, as his mind drifted to her choices. The mountains or the Pridelands? He was fast.. but the mountains were quite far.. so far that even he couldn't do that trip in one day..- "The Pridelands it is then."
-Changing his direction he set off towards the life filled pride, watching the empty lands beneath him filter by slowly from a high.-

She paused in her playing with his mane at his first words, before resuming her play, even going so far as to run her claws through it. Never even a slight tug comes from this. Seems she has a tongue as sharp as a razor, but soft and gentle claws.
"You have a silver tongue, Lim," she says with a shake of her head, but she doesn't sound displeased. Quite the opposite, in fact. Seems it was sometimes possible to get past this rose's thorns.
"How far is it from here?" She peers forward over one of his shoulders, as though expecting to see this... Pride Rock looming in the distance.

((Sorry for the delay dear! I was feeling really uninspired, not to mention really busy because of my mom's vacation.))
-A soft muff rumbled through him with the sensation of paws and the soft tickle of hair that shifted and moved across his lilac coat, a simple nod of recognition and thanks to her compliment when it came.
Letting his eyes touch the barren ground below, he pondered thoughtfully.- "It's a bit of a trip actually. Passing over a large section of freelands, before that dank and detestable graveyard comes into view. And then right after that, the pridelands appear. You'll know when you see them because of the large rock throne. Or when you begin to see alot of life and movement in the grasses beneath us."

[It's ok. ^__^ We all lose our muses now and again.]"I suppose flying is faster than walking, though," she says quietly, barely heard over the rush of the wind. Whatever nerves she'd felt at the beginning, they were gone now. For some reason, she seems to trust Limbuko... at least as far as believing he won't kill her, whether deliberately or accidentally. Well, it's not like she has a choice in the matter, truthfully. Though she didn't think that was the reason for it. It was a bit similar to how she thought of Duhu, though that confused her greatly, as her trust in Lim did. It was something she'd have to puzzle out, and soon. [As you can see from that, I'M quite uninspired right now, too. X.X]

"It is faster yes. But I've heard there might be some faster routes as well." -Giving a thoughtful little ruffle of his uselessly beautiful feathers, he offered a opptimistic murr.- "However we do have the wind on our side, so we should get their soon enough. It'll be getting home that actually takes awhile."
-And almost as if to prove his words correct the savannah below began to speckle and die, the soft greys and browns of the dank and dark elephant graveyard marring their view.-

She had been about to enquire as to what could he faster than flying, but the sight of the Graveyard caught her attention, and the words died before they reached her mouth. Instead, she whispers, "The Graveyard..." To get a better view, she begins to stand, forgetting for a moment that she was on someone's back, not solid ground. A slight wobble remind her, however, and she quickly ceases the attempt with a slight huff.
"So that's where Duhushi lives," she murmurs, more to herself than Lim, though definitely loud enough for him to hear, even with the rush of the wind. "It looks so... miserable. And desolate. No wonder he wanted to see my home so badly. What I take for granted must seem like paradise to him..." She frowns a little, suddenly feeling sorry for her friend.

"A hyena?" -He asked lightly, himself never having seen or heard of lions within the nasty place. But he nodded softly to her inspection.- "It's an absolutely dreadful place. I don't know why anyone would want to stay there.. ecspecially when there are lands worthy of living in surrounding it on all sides."
-And as if to excentuate his words, the golden savannah of the outer Pridelands began to speckle the sight, and slowly Lim began to drift lower, wondering how long the little cub would stay before she wanted to go home? Certainly he didn't mind the little flower's attention now.. but he'd bore before too long. Or perhaps find something more entertaining if they spent too long in the pridelands.- "Would you like me to take you to the rock? Or let your feet carry you?"

For a moment, she was confused. "Hyena?" she asked, a little nonplussed. But then realisation and rememberance hit her. Duhu had mentioned hyenas live in a different section of the Graveyard to he. "No, I've never met a hyena. Just lions, a cheetah and... a God. No, Duhushi's a lion. A purple lion, at that. He's a prince of the Graveyard pride. They live in a different part of the Graveyard to the hyenas, apparently." She watched the Graveyard dwindle behind them, before focusing her attention on their descent.
"Well, Pride Rock is what I most wanted to see. Taking me there would be fine." She turned her eyes on the distance, waiting to see this rock. [Hmm. What shall we do in the Pridelands? What IS there to do in the Pridelands? o.O]

((XD I don't care, whatever you want to do. You could visit Priderock, wander around the savannah/wateringholes, chase around the many prey and smaller species, meet some of the prideland locals (or just peek at them from afar). Whatever you want. ))
"Really?" -His ears perked softly with interest, more so at the word purple then anything, and he silent made a note to try and visit that dreadful place sometime. After all, he'd had experiences in the past where an ugly place was made beatiful by creatures that resided within.
It wasn't long with the wind swiftly pushing the two along until the grandrocks began to rise over the horizon, starting out tiny, before growing larger and larger the closer they drew. Lim's eyes watched below them though, curiously wondering if any of the lions he saw would even gaze skyward and notice the two. Or if the two would make it through undetected, even without him casting an illusion about the two of them.-

[I have a sly idea. She could meet Muffy. Taabu's his grandson and hasn't met him yet, as far as I know. So when they met again, she can be like, "Hahahah, I met your grandpa before you. XD" It's the sort of thing she'd do, to no point, really. o.O She really doesn't like him.]With the landmark she'd wanted to see for a while in her sight, she falls silent for a moment. It was... a bit of an odd shape, wasn't it? She'd not expected it to look like that. Se didn't know what she had expected it to look like, but that certainly wasn't it. Rediscovering her voice, she asks, "That's really Pride Rock?"
She frowned a little. That brat, Taabu, had a father who was prince here, right? Well, so he said, anyway. She wasn't entirely sure she believed him, although he'd certainly acted snobbish and rude enough to be a spoilt prince. The fact that she had as well was unimportant. "Lim... do you know any of the royalty here?" she asks, entirely too nonchalant.
