I'd say elder Tugoro is the creepiest. Him and gourmet just because gourmet likes to eat people. No one else is really that creepy though, most of them are either cold or insane.

OMGoodness! Gormet is so freaking creepy... he eats people!!! that's nasty! Also, I have to say that Sensui is only freaky because his legs are SO LONG, and he's SO UGLY!! unlike Hiei, but that's just because.. well Hiei's just plain sexy!!

i would definitely say it'd be either elder toguro or gourmet.
e.t. (lol) because he never seems to die and that laugh of his sends chills down my spine. oh, plus he is ugly nad psycho

Actually, he was being obstinate when I told him to be careful, and I ended up seeing him killed. It was sad, really... But I think all of the characters are kind at heart, or have worthy purposes. The scariest would be Sniper. The mad skills can kill.... (but he's fine. *wink*).
